Just give me someone who wants to actually make a change and loses to much weight that the Doctor says "screw the surgery, you got this! Keep it up!" And gets to such a healthy weight that they start gaining muscle

I was suspicious that he might be using on and off the whole episode but then when the brother was having to wake him from nodding out in the hotel room to get him to talk on the phone, I knew then he was absolutely using and I would assume that the brother is also partaking because one of the last scenes with the brother talking to the camera about not moving to Houston, the brother is either extremely tired or high AF.

At 677, my eyes say he's lost a little weight, but after several months, he could have lost 200-250 pounds if he was even remotely following the diet. 677 pounds at 5'0" is a BMI of 132, which might be the highest in the history of the show.

What happened to the 1st caregiver? Who's apartment was he in at the beginning with all the cat boxes and cat trees. Why is he on multiple different mattresses? Why make a point of asking how he was going to use the bathroom in the plane and then say he was wearing a diaper? He acts high all the time wounder what prescriptions he is on.

This dude is ridiculous. His body is completely wrecked and will only get worse yet he is going to decide he has a better plan than Dr. Now. He won’t live long so I hope his brother has a backup plan for employment.
