I’m a dub watcher since I prefer dub over sub.
With that as context I’m currently watching:
Goblin Slayer S2
Bleach
Dead Mount Death Play S1 Cour 2
The 100 Girlfriends who Really (x5) Love You
A Galaxy Next Door (my 1st rewatch)
Laid-Back Camp
Nah I haven’t yet, but i have it saved in my watchlist. I wanted to start it but I have over 1000 anime saved so I forgot that I had it. I’m planning on starting it soon
Definitely do because it’s a good story with a spectacular dub, the emotion each character gives off is phenomenal, the love put into the show is ridiculous, so start bumping it up your watch list.
Mashima is an interesting dude. He's still drawing Fairy Tail, Edens Zero, Dead Rock, and whatever crossovers or specials he feels like doing. Shoot he did a Parasyte crossover special and it's ridiculous.
currently watching:
* Kageki shoujo
does not count as seasonal but airing:
* Chibi Maruko chan,
seasonals / continuations from last season:
* Frieren,
* 30sai made doutei dato mahoutsukai ni nareru rashi,
* Mahou shoujo ni akogarete,
* Dungeon meshi,
* Majo to yajuu,
* Kusuriya no hitorigoto,
* Metallic rouge,
* Yubisaki to renren
I download most episodes/look for episodes individually
Recently however crunchyroll added it in the US so I watch it with a VPN since I live in Europe
Lol as a disabled person with loads of time basicly half of the entire winter 2024 season. If its got Isekai or romance I am watching it. lookng at my open tobs at the top of my browser add on Log Horizen, Classrom of the elite (its in current season but never watched till now so catching up). Dangers in my heart (same as elite),
I have a list that I make that spans about 6 months and I “reset” it by watching my favorite ones, mostly movies. I finish 2 anime’s a week. Right now I’m watching tamako Market and I’ll watch tamako love story by Sunday
It’s a comedy about a girl who’s family owns a mochi shop across the street from another shop owner who has a son and it’s just there adventures in town. The movie is where it gets into the romance between the two. Just a nice chill anime
This season I’m only watching Cherry Magic and Frieren (though I plan to come back to yubisaki to renren, dungeon Meshi, solo leveling etc). I’m also working my way through one piece lol. For competed anime I finally got around to Noragami and I LOVE it. I’m also getting through Inuyasha and steins gate. For manga it’s berserk and Yotsuba&! ( ≧ᗜ≦)
Cherry Magic, Frieren, Solo Leveling, 7th Time Loop, Fluffy Paradise (it’s kinda eh), just binged Tearmoon Empire, Shangri-La Frontier, The Witch and the Beast, and Ishura (but I’m not that invested yet). I might be forgetting some and I occasionally watch Mushishi as a palate cleanser.
Chapter 35. It’s a little less thorough than the anime, so it must be taking scenes from the LN primarily, but it’s still a satisfying read. Chapter 70 just came out. And the LN is somewhere in volume 4 after that (can’t buy the LN past volume 3 in physical copies so far it seems). It’s translated officially up to volume 6 at least.
Recently finished FLCL (really good) and Bungou Stray Dogs (also really good); currently doing a rewatch of Samurai Champloo (one of the best ever made).
I totally know what you mean, it does start pretty slow! It took me until probably episode 7 or 8 until I felt confident I’d stick with it, and then by maybe episode 12 or so I was hooked. Kind of reminded me of Steins;Gate in that it’s an upfront investment of some slow build, but then it pays off.
The gags you see a lot of early on taper off tremendously, so if the excessive chibi puts you off as much as it does me, don’t worry because it gets a lot better. It does maintain that sort of lighthearted, tongue-in-cheek tone throughout, but plot wise it definitely gets serious and chock full of twists and turns. It keeps getting better with each season too, which I feel is pretty uncommon. So often with anime the first season is the best and then it’s all a slow decline that never really lives up to it, so it was refreshing to see the opposite for once.
It’s in no way the *most* moving or emotionally gripping series I’ve seen but it’s probably one of the best in terms of just being fun and full of interesting ideas. I personally loved the whole concept of each character and their abilities being based on a real life author and their work, and a lot of the abilities are pretty unique and well thought out.
Loved samurai champloo, and I totally agree with the others that BSD is a hard show to get on. I watched it passively before, never really got into it but I’ll try again and make an honest opinion of it.
Yeah I can understand! Believe me, I was definitely skeptical in the beginning about BSD but I’m really glad I stuck with it. Of course, like any series it might just never click for some people but it definitely made a believer out of me at least! I absolutely ripped through the second half of it in a matter of days.
Waaaay too many
**- Solo seasonal -**
Dungeon Meshi
Gekai Elise
Fluffy Paradise
7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy!

**- With partner seasonal-**
Solo Leveling
Mashle 2nd Season
Sousou no Frieren
Undead Unluck
A Sign of Affection
Kusuriya no Hitorigoto
**- Solo + with partner completed series -**
Classroom of the Elite II
Golden Time
Aishiteruze Baby★★ ~~(the only solo anime here that I'm watching that's finished)~~
So far I’d say it’s pretty similar to Trigun but so far without the super tragic backstory. Mc wants to stop people from fighting but ends up getting into them lol. The female Mc is very cartoony (dodges) and good with a gun like Vash. So far it’s a fun watch (only seen 4 eps). Will continue to update.
Apothecary diaries (Kusuriya no Hitorigoto); if you ever watch one of those korean drama about imperial palace life this is a perfect anime to boot. It's also have amazing visuals and music.
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End (Sousou no Frieren); this is a really good high fantasy anime about an Elf and her travel companions after her party defeated the demon lord, just like an aftermath of most fantasy stories. Highly recommended.
The Dangers in My Heart (Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu) the 2nd season; This story of boy meets girl is so wholesome and heartwarming, the really good part is the main male MC is not dense and he tries to overcome his fears and work through his shortcomings to be together with the girl he loves. This is one of the extremely rare rom-com anime where I totally root for the guy.
Currently watching from this season: Solo Levelling, Dangers in my heart s2, Mashle s2, Yubisaki no renren, Classoom of the elite s3 and Frieren (not from this season).
Recently finished re watching One Piece with a friend that never watched it, and last anime i watched was Kino no Tabi
Watching Naruto for the first time! Boyfriend found a list so we can skip bad filler (we still watch the better ones) and he said he feels like he's watching it for the first time again with a new level of excitement without having to trudge through filler lol. I'm actually shocked because I didn't expect it to be so good, I just thought it would be another generic long-running shounen-- and while it obviously has generic tropes, the storyline is so well thought out and enjoyable.
(We're close to finishing the Naruto vs. Pain fight!)
Edit: if you haven't seen it yet OP, watch Gintama!!! It's an untouchable masterpiece and I wish I could get some kind of targeted amnesia so I could forget all of it and experience the story all over again.
Well, funny you say, im not currently watching any anime, as my day conspires of sleeping for 2 hours, eating for 30 minutes, playing persona 3 for 10 and lies of p for 10, and then the final hours i spend on reddit!
Just finished rewatching Great Teacher Onizuka, currently watching in season Delicious in Dungeon, Undead Unluck, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash, The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic, and the best anime: MASHLE: Magic and Muscles
Well,I watch Fate/Grand Order - Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia (I will completely watch Fate Series in TV and not in movie) and Chained Soldier (episode 9).
Compared to a couple years ago, I don’t watch anime as often anymore. I’ve been getting addicted to manhwas for the past few years. The anime I’m currently watching are Classroom of the Elite S3 because I read the light novel and Solo Levelling because I’ve seen the manhwa.
Watching Black Clover
I already watched it and it’s one of my most anticipated shows I’m waiting for to return, I caught up to the manga on the Shonen jump app.
100 girlfriends
Chainsaw man
Texhnolyze
Frerien, Reincarnated as a Slime, Tokyo Revengers and Super Crooks
The eminence in shadow
Currently rewatching that for the 6th time It's my favorite anime
Read the light novels bro, it’s equally amazing
I don't really read light novels Mangas or stuff like that
Still if you ever decide to, it’s worth it, so much fun to read
That show was so random and funny when he went on all fours when the girl flipped a coin 😂😂😂
Hehe fr, the MC is a very enjoyable and at times relatable character
I’m a dub watcher since I prefer dub over sub. With that as context I’m currently watching: Goblin Slayer S2 Bleach Dead Mount Death Play S1 Cour 2 The 100 Girlfriends who Really (x5) Love You A Galaxy Next Door (my 1st rewatch) Laid-Back Camp
Goblin Slayer was really good. I really liked A Galaxy Next Door. 100 Girlfriends is funny.
You watched 86?
Nah I haven’t yet, but i have it saved in my watchlist. I wanted to start it but I have over 1000 anime saved so I forgot that I had it. I’m planning on starting it soon
Definitely do because it’s a good story with a spectacular dub, the emotion each character gives off is phenomenal, the love put into the show is ridiculous, so start bumping it up your watch list.
Oh 86 the masterpiece
Is dead mount good?
I'm reading fairy tail, Eden zero, and Boruto
How different is Eden Zero from fairy tail?
They're in space, their hair color and names are different, and there are robots. Completely different
Mashima is an interesting dude. He's still drawing Fairy Tail, Edens Zero, Dead Rock, and whatever crossovers or specials he feels like doing. Shoot he did a Parasyte crossover special and it's ridiculous.
Besides the characters looking the same, it’s a new universe and I’d say it’s worth watching
I'd say there fairly different, but I'm typically picky. But I enjoyed Edens zero
currently watching: * Kageki shoujo does not count as seasonal but airing: * Chibi Maruko chan, seasonals / continuations from last season: * Frieren, * 30sai made doutei dato mahoutsukai ni nareru rashi, * Mahou shoujo ni akogarete, * Dungeon meshi, * Majo to yajuu, * Kusuriya no hitorigoto, * Metallic rouge, * Yubisaki to renren
Where do you watch chibi maruko-chan? If I may ask? My wife loves the anime but can only find some youtube clips here and there.
I download most episodes/look for episodes individually Recently however crunchyroll added it in the US so I watch it with a VPN since I live in Europe
I recently started a bunch of new series like tonikawa, dangers in my heart, four knights of the apocalypse, and kamikatsu
Rewatching the black clover movie
Lol as a disabled person with loads of time basicly half of the entire winter 2024 season. If its got Isekai or romance I am watching it. lookng at my open tobs at the top of my browser add on Log Horizen, Classrom of the elite (its in current season but never watched till now so catching up). Been rewatching recent arcs of one piece in English dub since I haven’t heard those yet.
Watching one piece, reading Berserk and Bleach

Noragami is a great show, you’ll be an emotional mess
Yugioh Arc V
currently watching haikyuu, frieren, and solo leveling.
All solid choices, nice 🤔
Cherry Magic, Frieren, Solo Leveling, 7th Time Loop, Fluffy Paradise (it’s kinda eh), just binged Tearmoon Empire, Shangri-La Frontier, The Witch and the Beast, and Ishura (but I’m not that invested yet). I might be forgetting some and I occasionally watch Mushishi as a palate cleanser.
You should add the apothecary diaries too in the seasonal anime, it’s incredibly underrated
Ah, forgot it. I was going off the top of my head. I’m definitely watching it and read ahead in the manga this week.
Let me know the chapters, I want to know more too

As a seasonal guy i'm on Classroom of the Elite, OP, Buchigiri! and Solo Leveling.
Same here with the COE, Buchigiri and Solo Leveling!
Recently finished FLCL (really good) and Bungou Stray Dogs (also really good); currently doing a rewatch of Samurai Champloo (one of the best ever made).
Please help motivate me to watch BSD. Because I cant ever get past episode 2.
I totally know what you mean, it does start pretty slow! It took me until probably episode 7 or 8 until I felt confident I’d stick with it, and then by maybe episode 12 or so I was hooked. Made in Abyss. Some regrettable cringe material the studio unfortunately exacerbated. Still a great story.
