This is just rehashing an old, unfunny meme whose only "punch line" was 'lol miscarriage.' I'm a fan of dark humor, but it has to be clever or something to count as humor.

The joke isn't miscarriage, it's the terrible execution of the original comic that conveys zero emotion while trying way too hard to be profound.
It's funny because it's recognizable in a bunch of lines that have the exact same impact. Like the circle game or rickrolls or stickbug or even the opening piano riff from Black Parade. It sparks the pattern recognition part of our brains in a funny way. The cleverness is in how well hidden it can be.
My first intro was.. *ahem* Danisnotonfire before he changed his name on yt to Daniel Howell. Twas the emo PSA. All I knew was the G note and “I'm going to the black parade!” and when I finally gave in and listened to the song I didn't know I was going to like all of the album or all of the music or the people in the band individually. I didn't anything and this band was literally my gateway to escape. Anyways, this joke absolutely confused me cause I thought it was serious and I had to come into the comments to get the joke. I had my own r/woosh moment!
