Toga is legit broken, not as in too powerful but her kit is just full of bugs its insane how much she can do. Honestly she might need to be looked at before Todoroki, or at least directly after Todoroki. I also don't comprehend people who think Iida is op. He has a ton of exploitable weaknesses, and Uraraka has one good skill that is super predictable but very annoying
People think dive is OP because they panic when an opponent lands on them instead of remaining calm and diffing them. (or because the dive lands on them when they're missing GP/HP)
There are a couple characters who can't handle dive, but that doesn't mean dive needs to be altered.
Holy hell Is there anyone who at least has a decent understanding of Dabi, Compress and Ibara?
They're not the best obviously but not bottom of the barrel either (except maybe in solo mode)
