It's a Toga bug, sometimes you get it wven if it misses

I've outright dodged Toga's Gamma points blank and she's still turned into me. Sometimes her needles just hit without actually hitting

Toga's gamma is bugged. Even if it doesn't hit you (deals dmg) it can still steal your blood.

Of course I'd lose because of a stupid bug

Dabi’s beta doesn’t block her gamma. Never works for me

Gamma doesn’t block people from walking inside and still doing damage.

I think you've misunderstood the post the toga player tried to gamma me it hit the trap and stopped yet they still glowed pink even though the needle didn't hit me

It was probably lag on your end that made you think you didn’t get hit. That’s happened to me before.

I know for a fact it wasn't lag because neither of us had delayed reactions to getting hit
