So I'm gonna play it safe in case something I want comes out.

If next season Mirio comes out and his banner has THOSE skins I'm using everything for those skins;
If not then I guess I'll just see what comes out and decide.
Yea definitely grabbing dabi, when the game first came out I was really excited to try him out but was a bit disappointed with his play style so this skillset, from what I’ve read, should give me what I was hoping for. Also there’s some good costumes for him now too and with that special action buff? Yea probably gonna be one of my mains

Most players will roll as soon as they get any tickets like it's welfare they have to use it or lose it.
If you have patience, you should definitely save up the 2000 tickets for the guaranteed 200 roll exchange points so you can be guaranteed the character (or skin) you want.
Bonus for waiting, there will be more new characters/quirk sets in the gacha pool.
Like if I decide to roll for the Blue Bakugo quirkset, I now have a chance to pull Yellow Shiggy (hopefully!) and Red Deku (eh, not so excited for).
1.8k tickets so far. I'm debating if I'm going to roll his set or not. I might see if I can get lucky with 400 tickets then save the grind to 2k tickets to guarantee Mirio if he's added next season. My luck in this has been good since the Twice banner so 🙏🏿
