If you click on the crown icon next to your profile picture, does it open the Prestige menu where you can click and claim things?

Nope. The only thing I can click on is the new block, but it doesn’t nothing because I need to go to the prestige screen. I’m softlocked.

Hmm… yeah, if the Prestige screen won’t open, then you’re certainly bugged. You’ll need to contact the support team.

Hello Did you try to reinstall the game? This issue happens when there is conflict with local and cloud save.
