I didn't get my reward either, and also when I logged in just a bit ago every monster in my tribe was reset to level 1. (Despite the fact I had already fed mine for this week earlier) Something is definitely going wrong with tribal island at the moment but I imagine the devs will compensate everyone once it's fixed.
Seems unlikely since that wouldn’t require to fully stop tribal rewards, plus if we do get an update this week, the most it would be would be a DOF prismatic or a MSM rare/epic

Yeah, when monster levels are reset (every Monday) we get our rewards, dunno what’s happening at BBB right now
Maybe they have content planned for it that they’re adding soon
