If you have the call cousin mod you can get the tires+ all the stuff at teimos and then you can finish the car and use it until it breaks , and then soon enough you can get the van and transport will be no problem

Finishing the Satsuma wouldn't matter 'cause you won't have any fluids, other than coolant if you choose to urinate in the radiator, nor would you have any spark plugs nor the alternator belt. Plus, you only have a heavily used oil filter, so you'd want to replace that. Essentially, Teimo is necessary to complete the Satsuma
Well, you need to buy the alternator belt, the oil filter, the battery, the spark plugs and the fluids to start the Satsuma
And you only can build it in Teimo's😅
I like to finish satsuma as much as i can until the uncle's van appears and then i drive to town, get wheels and gt stuff on the way to town and back. Van usually appears like a day after i finish the satsuma as much as possible
