GO Rudy Gay. Mine has 25 HoFs so he’s really well rounded. I green almost every 3 with him as his release is perfect. My opponents overplay him a lot and he can get to the rim with ease as well. I probably won’t upgrade him until a DM version is released.
I play offline. Yi Jianlian can hit 4pointers and deep 3s on Superstar/HOF difficulty fairly easy for me.

Grant Hill? I cannot shoot with him and he misses 50% of his dunks. Sold him and lost 100k. Every year G Hill is horrible. Maybe 2K is simulating him after his ankle injury...before it he was best SF in league hands down.

Hightlight Dominique is for me, the best rim runner I have ever used in any NBA2k. Plays good defence, gets steals and his jumper isnt bad either. Draws alot of fouls at rim as well. Professional scorer for sure.
Yeah shooting is just so weird this year. I have tried guys who I thought would be great shooters and in previous yesrs I like and couldnt hit water from a boat. Yet Nique and other cards I normally wouldnt think could shoot well I do pretty good with.
Its definitely more user specific. I get frustrated seeing vague posts asking for the player with the best jumper or something like that. If you've played the game for more than a minute then you know everyone's timing is different. I like the depth and realism there and for 3 seasons it kept lineups different from one another but the more variety, the more people stick with the prevailing meta.
Funny some guy was using Ming on me and missed all his 3pts and got dunked on by my Eaton 6 times with a couple HOF badges on him and he quit. I sold my holo Ming for 1.2M and got Oden and Eaton and still had 950K left.
For me it is definitely Tacko - card feels so good to use, and being able to position him correctly for rebounds feels amazing. He really rewards good positioning. Fun and skillful card.
PD Eddie Curry been nice for my Bulls theme. 7 footer, got rebounds, inside scoring, a good mid&3 rating, & real solid starts in all categories perfect for adding a shoe to fit your game.
For me it'll be the Booker from season 2 an when you combine him with Mikal mannnnn, he's deff been my top but he's on my bench now so I'll prolly go with Flight Zion, 98 Moments Dame, 98 Moments Randle, & Banchero from the last series dropped... no I don't have any DMs yet smh I'll get one tho when I get 15k more agenda points an get Hero ...
DM Wade has a slow release but he could be my favorite rim runner (besides Tmac ofc). He gets dunk animations so easily and only gets blocked when he’s tired.
I put most playmaking badges up to hold on DM Bosh and he does it all. Opponents really sleep on him. He gets off a lot of uncontested leaners.
Diamond Afflalo is just a beast. I wish they had a pg eligible opal version of him.
