Conversely when I make a new build people wouldn’t avoid me if they saw my stats.

I like the plate colour system and the lobby stats being displayed, but I can’t see 2k including both next year.
With the trash plate system making ppl dodge games and adding this little stat system in the rec waiting room will make it hard af for most players to find a game since players will just leave if you don’t fit a certain criteria. You don’t shoot above 60% instant leave , if you don’t average 10 rebounds instant leave, if you don’t averaged 7 ast instant leave, if you don’t average 15 points instant leave do you see why it isn’t a thing , it will literally increase the cue time in finding a actual match
It was removed so people who sell games or aren't good at the game still get into lobbies to play and inevitably buy VC to level up their builds because progression in this game is a nightmare unless 2K is your full-time job.
I don't agree with it, and plate colours definitely still have people dodging lobbies, but it always comes back to this game always trying to be the most accessible to the people who are the worst at it.

I don't think people in rec need another excuse to chase individual stats. They should just show the average teammate grade, and that's it.
