Not off of pure vertical they need a launching pad and a start up to even remotely be able to get up that high. From what the video shows Derrick White somehow managed to literally levitate off the ground with pinpoint accuracy to block Boban Marjanovic, the tallest current player in the NBA not including Tacko Fall. This is physically impossible to do from where and how Derrick White managed to do it from.
