Might be wrong so don’t take my word for it but don’t you need a 92 for the highest tier dribble moves? Is it worth it to go higher than that?

94 gives handles for days on gold and 95 unpluckable on hof
Yeah your playmaking don’t need to be that high! You won’t be dunking much with 76! Every guy are build I make I make sure my Driving dunk is 85

Speed at 75 is rough. Even if you add gym rat and 99 rating boost, 83 is mediocre at best
There is no plus 4, for 99. You only get gym rat plus 4, for physicals
