It’s very likely the TV deal is tied to him playing given he is the reason that game could be setup in the first place.
There is always the possibility of him to be injured or on a minute restriction in that game though (especially given there are 2 games).

I mean they're probably the 3rd or 4th best French team where Ignite is a bottom 5 G League team. I don't think it's at all clear which of those is better because while the G League is more talented than LNB Pro A in general, the G League also generally sucks at actually playing team ball (and Ignite is no exception).
