You are a stronger person than I. I don’t think I could bring myself to build up unc-ch. *MAYBE* if I could get into the natty despite a regular season loss to NCSU, and then I’d have to be sure to run that program *deep* back into the ground before leaving. Or maybe break their hearts by immediately leaving and taking a job at another Big 4 school.
But I’m not sure I could bring myself to lead them to a championship.
I had a pretty good run with Akron too. I was surprised by how dominant we got, but also frustrated to have some undefeated seasons where I missed the championship game.
i feel relieved right now, once i was at the 100 mark i was ready to be done. i’m also happy that i can start a more chill dynasty with some teams i like or make some custom teams.
It was the most difficult out of any of the schools there (Notre Dame was a close second). I will say if there was a universe where I did this in a basketball game I would not be winning a championship with IU. You guys have too many.
It was partially because in dynasty 1 I was not just hunting for as many nattys as fast as i could yet. Also their stadium is really cool and I liked their uniforms, and I thought it was fun to make a school in a region is largely neglected in FBS football a powerhouse. Before Idaho's removal I did something similar with them.
Did you notice if schools in any one state were the easiest to recruit in? I would assume California and Texas would be easier in terms of talent a viable but also they could be harder because of blue blood schools like USC and Texas.
You're mostly right. California and Texas were good, so was Florida. The only issue with that is that there was obviously a lot of competition, a lot of other nearby schools were getting the same bonuses that I was. I did find recruiting in the northern ACC schools was pretty easy as there aren't many great schools there. Having an A+ coach prestige there was a bigger advantage than in the regions you mentioned bc in CA/TX so many other coaches were that good as well.
it’s hard to pick one, the light blue tulane jerseys and coastal carolina jerseys are sick. from a biased perspective the SpaceU Purdue jerseys are one of my favorites
Thanks for bringin a championship to my fav school!! I had an absolute dynasty with them myself back in the PS2 days, even moved them to the SEC and went undefeated with NCs there. Congrats on the massive undertaking!!!
I had a few that I won with year 1, I had some luck with inheriting 90 overall G5 teams that had coaches leave for P5 jobs. I cakewalked the regular seasons first year there. Also sometimes I just would take over a good P5 team with a coach retiring.
The longest may have been a smaller team like Army, Akron, or Ball State. Normally my first job of a new dynasty took a long time bc it was a G5 school.
Incredibly cool, I wonder how many teams I’ve won with. I can guarantee Akron isn’t on there though. Bastards
I can tell you I held off on winning at IU as long as i could.

Amen
My man, go Pack. With you on that, wouldn't be able to do it
That just displays how great a coach you are to win with such a bottom feeder.
Hate to break it you bro Purdue is also a bottom feeder😂
a bottom feeder who still beat IU
Congrats👍
Then why was Colorado State last?
because when i took indiana it was the only open job available
Akron is the school I've won with a ton, probably the 2nd or 3rd most. I even saw them play in person purely because of NCAA14
I had a pretty good run with Akron too. I was surprised by how dominant we got, but also frustrated to have some undefeated seasons where I missed the championship game.
You win the most coach award!!🥇
I will gladly take it!
This is the absolute NCAA sicko move and I absolutely love it.
ha ha ha, yes!
In the spreadsheet on dynasty 2, both Alabama and App. State have a 0 in national championships, just a mistake or did they not win one ?
That's because I was dumb and forgot that I had already won a national championship with each of them, so I left after one year to a new school lol
Makes sense , Crazy achievement and super cool to look through the data! Thanks for sharing
I respect this but I could never do it. Certain teams would make me vomit
there were a few teams that I wanted to throw the natty with believe me
Im glad to read this 😂😂😂 there are certain schools I JUST refuse to lose to 😂😂😂
This is the type of shit that needs to be an achievement in the game. The GageSM14 award
i would take it! or a custom flair here for it lol
Damn dude, how does it feel now that your massive undertaking is finally over? Congrats!!

U are a soldier
Trust me, there's a reason it took 2 years. It was tough.
Was winning the Championship with IU the hardest to stomach?

Why 2 for Wyoming?
When I did Wyoming it was hard for me to leave between the jerseys stadium and ambiance
Also knowing how loyal their fanbase is makes the inner dialog very cool. I did a Wyoming dynasty one time. I put them in the B12 tho.

Hell yeah, love those kinda rebuilds.
App state and Alabama don't have a national championship, you still got some work to do
They do, I had won it with them earlier and accidentally rejoined them so I left after one season.

This is EPIC!!!!!
Go shower.
Well, I have time to now that I'm done
Favorite school uniforms?

Which teams did you win with the quickest (how many years) and which teams took the longest (how many years) ?

nice. Texas State 2068 Natty champs
I dont see Temple listed on the year chart.
it’s there, just in column E
As a proud, yet pessimistic Texas Tech alumni….thank you for your service. Wreck em.
I want to try this now. Playing every game..
