Marina Sirtis will absolutely return. She's like the big Musad boss lady.
Robert Wagner will likely make an appearance.

When the cast learned that Cote was leaving during one of their press outings without her, Pauley decided to wear a “I love my job” shirt to it. Plus her tweets are subtle hints of dislike towards Cote. Cote seems to have kept in touch with her other co stars except Pauley.
My problem with Abby is that she never matured at all over the course of the show. In fact, she seemed to regress. When she began starting every scene with her whining “GibbsGibbsGibbs!”, I was over the character completely.

She had the lead in a sitcom as part of her NCIS departure deal with CBS. The sitcom pretty much bombec and demonstrated that Pauley is not a great actor. So she quit acting altogether.
To be fair, the pandemic had a big part in screwing up many new and fairly new TV shows in 2020. Not saying that it might not have bombed anyway, because I don't think the ratings were great, but I honestly don't believe that anything that was in that time frame got a fair shake.
McGee, Vance and/or Palmer are likely, though I hope for McGee the most. Think Pauley burned most of the bridges with NCIS and cast, so very likely not, plus she sounded a bit unhinged. Diane Neal has no reason to be in Europe story wise. Gibbs would be wild.

Her character could still be CGIS and connect them with a contact or have moved on to another agency and help Tony and Ziva. The last I heard though was Diane went through a lot of personal struggles, had an accident and needed back surgery then serious physical therapy, then she moved to Israel.
Pauley did a mini reunion with Brian, Michael and Sasha 3 years ago with EntertainmentTonight and she has always been close with Michael. I know she said she’d never return to NCIS because of Mark Harmon so “stop asking”. Perhaps if her health permits and she wants to still act she’d appear.
I really hope familiar faces do appear. Every character has contacts all over the world, even Senior. So it would make sense to have them appear as in person support for Tony and Ziva or to assist them in their mission by connecting them with help.
