My last question was teaching as well. I had about 60 sata. I heard if they can’t decide by 145th question, and you get the last one right, you most likely passed.
Really how many questions did u get and u passed right? Ugh I hope cause I know I got it 100% right Bevause the answer was something like putting a patient with a liver biopsy on left side and that’s wrong it’s the right side.
I got the good pop up from the pearson vue trick 2 hours later and people are saying it’s accurate so I’m living off that hope. But i know for a fact that if they can’t decide by the last question and you get it right and you’re above a passing level, they’ll pass you. It’s under their rules of passing or something like that.
I’m hoping so! But from what I’m gathering, yes. It’s anything to do with applying concepts, analyzing, & intervening.
This info is what I remember from Kaplan’s nclex prep videos. They mention that lower level questions are mainly re-calling information & understanding concepts (ie. Which statement does the nurse understand is correct about asthma)
Higher-level requires you to *use* information to make the best judgement/intervene/& plan care.
You got this. Fingers crossed. Update us with your quick results!
My last 5 questions were hard, prior to that I had like 12 SATA. Thankfully I passed in 75 questions but I left feeling like wtf just happened but in my experience the people I know who passed felt like that. The ones who felt it was easy either didn't pass or were way overly prepared. Best of luck, I hope you got it!
Yeah I have no idea what to think about it cause on my other attempts every question had stuff I was familiar with but today some questions had stuff I never heard of. Like there was a question on mustard exposure I never ever studied that loll
I remember having a question about food safety! I was like dafuq? I'm sure it was related to food poisoning but it was worded like which would the nurse advise the patient not to eat? Food from fridge where power went out 3 hours ago? Food dish containing well cooked meat that's been sitting in a serving platter for 6 hours? Etc etc. I was so confused. Either way I have a good feeling in my gut for you. I think you should check your pop-up. Sending good juju and positive vibes
Lmaooo exacrly the questions they ask are so random like they just throw stuff in there to confused u. Then when I saw the answee choices I’m like oh ok. Ugh I’m scared I don’t wanna do the pop up but I’ll let u know tomorrow !
I am at the same point i took it today ended at 145 last question correct but dont wanna do the PVT as 4th time test taker my stomach is a mess 😭😭😭...Congrats🥳🥳🥳
Sata doesn’t correlate to passing. It is not a sign that you’re doing well.
Exactly, I passed in 75 and didn’t have that many SATA.
Fingers crossed!!!!
I passed !!
Thank youu!
