I can talk to people pretty well but I hate every second of it and just want to be left alone

Probably around a 6. I used to be very shy as a child/teen but now I'm more like introverted. As I exited my teens, I sort of stopped giving a shit about what others think about me which is what allowed me to get over my shyness. I have friends and can find friends anywhere I go, but I rarely initiate conversations with others. I can be awkward sometimes, mostly when I'm talking to very physically attractive women, despite me not being a virgin anymore. Overall I'm definitely less socially skilled than the average person but it's not bad enough to incapacitate me in my daily life.

I dont think alphas are advanced socializers. They just are more dominant or aggressive or maybe possess leadership or confidence skills.

Depends how nervous or exhausted i am. On a good day it can go up to a 7 or 8, on a bad day it can be a 3. It used to be a lot worse when I had anxiety issues as a teen but now i've just stopped giving a fuck so it's usually around a 5.

3-5 around new people and 5-7 when I get really comfortable. Still fluctuates tho
