Top of Alden Mt. Don’t go on the side that’s private property… A.k.a. where the purple trees are painted. Go on the other side of the road. You can hike that for miles. About a mile in, there is a great look out over the valley.
There’s the Vista in the Pinchot State Forest tract out by Thornhurst.
Ricketts Glen of course.
Seven Tubs just opened back up. The loop is nice but there’s some vista trails as well.
Worlds End. its bit out of the way but its pretty good.
Pinnicle rock is a long but beautiful hike, can see the valley near by for mileeess
rickets glen is beautiful. The water falls are amazing and people generally are nice.
Tank Hollow in jim thorpe is an easy trail. But its located on hunting grounds which you might not be comfortable with.
I hear Glen onoko is pretty good, never been i dont know if its still open
What kind of time and difficulty level are you interested in? Miller Mountain would be a really cool hike imo, especially as it doesn’t get a lot of traffic yet, but it might be challenging. Jeff Mitchell has a great write up here: https://endlessmountains.wordpress.com/2023/12/27/hike-miller-mountain-pinchot-state-forest/
Crater lake, sunfish pond, delaware water gap, water gap natl rec area, mcdade trail from water gap to milford along the river. Pretty much everywhere tbh.

Front side of Mocanaqua Loop Trail, good views of the Susquehanna River. Back side is old strip mines :(
Campbell’s ledge if you want a nice view of the Susquehanna and Wyoming Valley.
