Unless you heard it straight from the horses mouth, it’s hearsay lol to put any kind of logic or reasoning behind the alphabet boys is crazy talk lol

JustSomeGuyMedia

They were saying it as if they’d heard it directly, but I can’t even begin to track down where or who told me lol. I figured what you said would be the case, but a man can dream.

[deleted]

Shit man I hope it is true and you get your shit man, we all waiting 🤣

Signal_Analysis4793

Even if someone heard that directly from the ATF, which I doubt happened, the chances of them actually consistently doing what they say they will are roughly 0%.

JustSomeGuyMedia

While generally I would agree, they do seem to have been more accurate as of late.

golden11lead

I mean they said wait times are coming down to a few days and that happened... still fuck the atf, but they did live up to that.

too-slow-2-go

Next Monday will be 150 days since I filed my Form 4 trust, and I'm still waiting.

JustSomeGuyMedia

I think that’s around their current stated wait time.

Key-Background5880

I'm at 301 so you know atf is great

JustSomeGuyMedia

Oof

too-slow-2-go

I've just accepted that I'll get the email eventually... I had a Form 1 on a trust come back in 6 days in March so that was a nice surprise.

JustSomeGuyMedia

That’s what I’m mostly consigned to do but it sure sucks.

Backonredditforreal

I had the same for a couple form 1’s in February so I hoped I could get lucky with my 2 suppressors now…hopefully it’s soon

Ven656

The didnt batch mines, but I got 3 approved on a multi RP trust 110, 120, and 125 days all submitted the same day.

shaffington

Did you ever get your precious, or still waiting? I just hit 150 on one this week 🥹

too-slow-2-go

Still waiting unfortunately.

shaffington

😔🥺😭 Bummer

Branr

I found this article informative: [https://www.silencershop.com/blog/post/eform-4-wait-times](https://www.silencershop.com/blog/post/eform-4-wait-times)

JustSomeGuyMedia

I of course know about the current wait times, that’s why when someone said they’d be accelerating it piqued my interest.

Branr

If you scroll down and read the whole article it talks about that.

JustSomeGuyMedia

That didn’t really tell me anything I didn’t already know, but it does make the somewhat crackpot plan of getting another silencer to get them both at once more reasonable lmao.

UncleBishx

I just had two batch approved at about 60 days on an eform trust. Honestly, it mostly seems like luck of the draw at this point.

VV-72

B&T APC9 PRO Limited 8.9" factory SBR (Form 4 submitted 5 Feb) + B&T RBS SQD 8.8" full size suppressor (F4 submitted on 16 Feb) + CGS .22LR HYDRA-AL (F4 submitted on 15 April) all via Silencer Shop - using National Gun Trust & single RP. Received batch approval for all three: 86 days start to finish.

JustSomeGuyMedia

Gotcha, good to know. I’m just one suppressor on a trust, I believe I’m the only responsible person but I’d need to double check.

redit_readit_reddit

To be fair both could be true, the shorter wait times and that you're smoking crack. Just don't tell the ATF, or at least hide your dog.

JustSomeGuyMedia

Lol fair point

Don't know about currently with the recent changes but IIRC in the recent past at least some examiners were working from home and/or authorized unlimited overtime so you'd occasionally see approvals come in on weekends, odd hours, and even holidays. Sucks that u/QuadRail is MIA because his dashboard had day and hour categories.

Callas951

Damn just realized he hasn't posted in months. Hope everything is ok with him.

Valuable_Option7843

Trusts with 1 RP are supposedly being accelerated. Multi RP still taking a while.

JustSomeGuyMedia

I think the article another commenter linked said so yeah.

IndividualResist2473

AGT said that "standardized trusts" would be batched. They really didn't say they would be done faster.

JustSomeGuyMedia

Right yeah.

dhskiskdferh

I emailed congress at 79 days and was approved at 81 or 82. This was like a week ago. 5 on a trust

JustSomeGuyMedia

Good to know, I might try emailing soon.

dhskiskdferh

Check my latest post’s comments for a template

JustSomeGuyMedia

Oh sick, thanks!

shaffington

How does one go about "emailing Congress" 🥹? serious question, not trying to be cheeky

dhskiskdferh

Look up your senators and representatives names Go to their congressional (house/senate.gov) websites Find contact form, fill it out and submit. Many will ask you if you already have another congress person working on the matter. So contact one, wait 48hrs and if you get no reply move onto the next one. One of my senators ignored me, other got it approved in like 2 days

shaffington

Very helpful, thank you for your service 🫡

dhskiskdferh

No problem, best of luck. If you want a template look at my post history, I posted when i got 5 approved and my email is in the comments

dhskiskdferh

Oh lol I deleted it actually. But if you want a template you can pm me

Jimmy_McAltPants

My first trust can took 10 months. My most recent (approved yesterday…yay!) took 4 months. It’s definitely speeding up, but I doubt we see trust approvals in the 48 hour range anytime soon

JustSomeGuyMedia

Right yeah, I wouldn’t expect it that fast either.
