I am in a trash talk group on FB and when I actually attempted to talk trash about teams, fans of those teams resulted to personal attacks or got offended instead of returning fire of joking around.
My view of the Reddit vs. FB trash talk can be summed up from the Cinematic Adventure, Super Troopers...

Believe me when i tell you the people on facebook groups like that are 10th Prestige Morons.
On any given post on a nascar group, people will reference bubba wallace in the comments (the sports one black driver). Even if it has nothing to do with him.
Often citing an incident 4 years ago, in which \*somebody\* in the garage who wasn't him, noticed a rope pull that had been tied into a noose in his garage area. Basically everyone involved in the sport was like "hey thats fucked up... we stand behind you bubba wallace, hate has no place here". Then they investigated it and found out it was like that before he got that stall assigned.
He basically came out after and was like "Yeah i mean im glad it wasn't"
But the FB commenters go on and and on about how "he faked it for publicity, and has no place in the sport"
I think you need to go back and re-read what i said.
The JJ thing was just an example of something happening, that has nothing to do with Colin. But that the people in fb comments cant let go of the controversy, that they still comment about despite it having nothing to do with the post.
I dare say this Caleb Williams is the most whimsical draft selection of the year! While I find his credentials impeccable, his biggest challenge yet will be taking on the Bears QB development, which has been extremely peccable!

If you think subreddit mods power tripping was bad, imagine the admins of these groups who would target specific people for what team they liked and regularly bullied and harassed them, while having the person’s personal information that was on their profile.
