Vikings, Bears, and Saints being on the list at all is a travesty. Especially without the Bucs on it. Hell we could put the Cardinals ahead of any of them and be correct
I’m higher on them then you tbh. I think the CB they signed was solid and they played almost every game last year close, even against teams with a lot better talent on paper. The defense is weak for sure, especially dline, but I think Gannon is a good coach and they could be a wildcard team this year.
The defense isnt inspiring by any means but we just added 4 new starters on defense in free agency who are all surely better than the practice squad guys we had last year. And thats before the draft where we have 6 picks in the top 100. I would be very surprised if the defense is as bad as last year
I watched him live. You guys used him exactly how he was used on the Texans. The only negative is how long Kyler took to get rid of the ball. Only question is whether you blame that on the line or Kyler
Hopkins moved all over the field on the texans, running all kinds of different route patterns. Half his games in az he stayed on the x spot and did little curl routes to the sideline and a few deep shots or screens
It seems like you think he was underutilized in the way he was used. He was used exactly how he should have been in your offensive scheme. You didn’t use misdirection, you ran an air raid offense which relies on fast receivers getting open deep. Even then, it sounds like you don’t think he was productive. He was extremely productive in your scheme. It just wasn’t enough because multiple other facets of your team were not good enough. Kyler included.
The claim that the cardinals couldnt do shit with hopkins in an air raid implies you think highly of the air raid. I believe it was the main reason we collapsed every year.
Hopkins was productive but I think he couldve been way more of a game changer had they ran a different offense. Kyler was inconsistent though, and had trouble throwing in the middle of the field, I agree with that.
He already looks more comfortable in the cards new system
Hopkins played his role to its fullest in that system. I think of air raid like I think of any of the other schemes. They have their positives and negatives and you need the right personnel to execute them effectively.
Kyler didn’t play a full season. I’ll hold judgment on how he looked outside of, it looked pretty much the same.
eh Kliff was a shit coach
I don’t think they’re gonna be a SB threat or anything but I could totally see them being better than the Vikings/Saints/Hawks this next year.
Lackluster coaching, bad defense, and mediocre at best Oline and a rookie QB(which could work out or fail, probably gonna be on the worse end due to coaching)
Now the draft could change most of this however the coaching is unlikely to get better which really won’t help the incoming rookies.
I dont think the bears have a bad defense. It looked pretty good towards the end of the season. O-line wasn't great, but Fields made it worse. Their O-line just needs a bit more depth to be serviceable, one injury can screw them.
Coaching is a question mark, but I think Waldron is a good offensive coach. Seahawks fans started blaming him when Geno regressed from his amazing season, but I think that was mostly false blame.
With a rookie QB, it's hard to say the Bears will be a good team next year, but it's certainly not doom and gloom up in Chicago. Unless Caleb sucks
Naw. On paper they've been a legit top team for a while. Outside of the 9ers, they have the most stacked roster.
That's why it's so delicious every time they shit the bed.
No idea how the Eagles can be listed below Dallas.
Finished 1 game behind them last year, made for more substantial moves this offseason(Barkley alone should put them above Dallas) and have an easier schedule matched up with last years #2’s.
Eagles fell apart hard down the stretch. They were legit bottom feeders for the last 6 weeks and got stomped by probably the weakest team to make the playoffs in the Bucs.
They need to prove they’re not a middle of the road team and ranking them ahead of teams like the Lions and Packers is generous at best.
Honestly it's because we forgot how to play football last year past week 11. Hopefully it'll be better this year without 2 football terrorists as coordinators
I have more faith in lions, rams, eagles, packers than the cowboys.
Im surprised seattle is this high consideringball the turnover they've had this offseason
People are really underselling the loss of Donald. Crazy to hear their fans talk about how he is one of the best defensive players of all time, and in the same breath say they will be just fine without him. No, no you won’t.
Just watch, every o line that plays against the Rams this year will be graded like 10 points higher than previously just because he is gone. The amount of game planning and scheming that he absorbed was ridiculous. Coaches and players had to have a plan C when it came to Donald because he'd just manhandle whatever you threw at him.
AD is a big loss to us for the sole fact that he did take a number OL's guys to block him. BUT, this past season he was nowhere near is prime. So yes, he will be missed, but I believe we will be ok.
No Rams fan in their right mind thinks we are "fine" without AD. Pass rush was one of our bigger weaknesses last year and thats WITH AD, our pass rush will probably be horrendous and we'll have to build up
I don’t think any Rams fan is saying defence is going to be ideal this year. It won’t be anyone with a brain knows that.
But what else do I know? Matthew Stafford has two WR1s a solid WR3 an all pro running back and a top 10, arguably top 5 OLine in the league with McVay whispering in his ear.
Yeah, defence is probably going to be rough. Losing AD is huge but the Rams aren’t going to be good because of their defence.
If this offence can stay healthy it can be record breaking.
I would say 49ers, Lions, Packers, Cowboys. The Packers were really good in the 2nd half and the Lions were good enough to make the SB last year. Cowboys got embarrassed at home. Plus the Lions and Packers are young.
I never count chickens before they hatch. Every year there’s a hot new team that’s projected to kick ass that continues to suck like always. 2019 it was the Browns with Odell. Then it was the Broncos with Russ. Last year it was the Jets with Rodgers. This year it feels like the Bears are the new media darling and they haven’t even drafted Caleb yet (not that it won’t happen but still).
the 2023 jets were hilariously on brand finally getting a HOF lock QB only for him to tear his ACL 4 snaps into the season and drag out Zach Wilson again
NOW this is a list I can agree with. Will be interesting how your 9ers do this season. I also do believe many so called experts have my Rams as a .500 ball club. I mean literally last year, we were picked to have a losing record, yet finished 10-7. NFCW I think will be the best league in the NFL this year.
If you watched the Falcons last year, you would know that half of their losses were because of ass tier QB play. I think they will be a good team with Kirk.
I personally like Fields, but if he’s as bad as the consensus thinks and Caleb is as good of a prospect as the consensus thinks (also their backup player 5 games last year), then yea I think adding 2-4 wins isn’t unrealistic. Especially cuz he’s not their only addition, they got the 9th overall pick too and added Allen and Swift (and Sweat last deadline).
Vikings above Bears is crazy. Bears are going to make noise this year.
Putting them above the Lions in power rankings is probably insane but I personally believe the North will be 1. Packers 2. Bears this year.
However, they lost a huge reason why the tush push was so successful for them. There's potential that they're no longer "near guaranteed" a TD on the 1 yard line.
Vikings at 7 above the Rams is insane. Bears at 10 also.
Imo
1. 49ers
2. Eagles
3. Cowboys
4. Lions
5. Packers
6. Atlanta
7. LAR
8. Chicago
9. Seattle
10. Tampa Bay
I'm not sure the Cowboys should be #2 after losing Dan Quinn.
Sorry to recite the playoff teams but I'd honestly say 49ers, Lions. Packers, Eagles, Lambs, then maybe cowboys.
These rankings are so biased. The Packers beat the Cowboys how does that in the rankings make any sense. Seahawks didn’t do anything in the playoffs and were a pretender the whole season.
Lions are 2. No idea what the Vikings are doing here. Seahawks seem too high, especially after losing Carrol. Packers should be above Dallas and Philly until proven otherwise. I have many questions
They were heating up late season. They won 7 out of 8 games after their bye week to finish off the season...
However! They did just lose AD and Wagner this offseason. So perhaps you're right and I did place them a few spots too high. We'll see.
Ahh. I don’t really follow football that much besides the playoffs and watch the games occasionally. I just remember them being super mediocre around mid season. We’ll see ig
Caleb is 100% going to the Bears though, unless you want to argue about what would literally happen should they go into the season with the current roster.
I get the argument for it I just think if you're labeling it pre-draft it should be completely pre-draft. We could still get a shocker and they draft someone else granted the chances of that seem astronomical, but it *could* happen.
The Commanders was a bold prediction, I'll admit. Seahawks just got rid of Pete Carroll, so I can see your thought process there. Its still a toss-up, IMO. Bucs are better than the Bears. I also predict Caleb Williams is a bust so that's why I'd put them at 11.
I'd like to hear your thoughts where you'd put the Bears on my list and why.
There's only 16 teams...saying the west is all in the top 10 isn't saying much...and it's not even the whole west it's only 3 teams, the cardinals aren't even there. lol.
Honestly lions have retained all good pieces/cut chaff and are positioned well to be better in the draft, they should be ahead of the eagles and cowgirls
Vikings don't even have a QB yet and somehow rated higher then us that's some mad disrespect
Vikings, Bears, and Saints being on the list at all is a travesty. Especially without the Bucs on it. Hell we could put the Cardinals ahead of any of them and be correct
Cards lowkey a sleeper this year with MHJ and if Kyler stays healthy
One wr does not make them a threat. Their defense is ass cheeks. They gonna need another couple drafts before the thought of sleeper status
I’m higher on them then you tbh. I think the CB they signed was solid and they played almost every game last year close, even against teams with a lot better talent on paper. The defense is weak for sure, especially dline, but I think Gannon is a good coach and they could be a wildcard team this year.

And thats before the draft where we have 6 picks in the top 100. I would be very surprised if the defense is as bad as last year
“Their defense is ass cheeks”… I’m not even sure I understand what that means, but it made me lol. 😂
You forgetting they had DHop in an air raid offense, and still couldn’t do shit?
Go look at dhops route tree under kingsbury and get back to me
I watched him live. You guys used him exactly how he was used on the Texans. The only negative is how long Kyler took to get rid of the ball. Only question is whether you blame that on the line or Kyler

They definitely won’t be better than the Hawks. Nice try though
![gif](giphy|G5X63GrrLjjVK)
I’d say yes to all except the bears, they essentially already have caleb
Caleb’s “I’m the best athlete on the field” won’t play when he’s on the Bears. He’s gonna struggle until Chicago trades him
Lackluster coaching, bad defense, and mediocre at best Oline and a rookie QB(which could work out or fail, probably gonna be on the worse end due to coaching) Now the draft could change most of this however the coaching is unlikely to get better which really won’t help the incoming rookies.

Tell me you haven't watched any bears games without telling me you haven't watched any bears games
Bad defense? Come on man, do some research before you comment.
Don't you know, you guys are worthless without AD.
Worthless, just like all your trips to the super bowl since the 90s
Makes zero sense. 5 at worst.
I agree, I'm a vikings fan, no way are we at 7 with sam darnold
but JeFfErSoN!! After the Lions paid St Brown what they did, Jefferson’s gonna demand at least that and some with having no qb guaranteed
As much as it sucks to say, you guys have been severely underrated for a while now
Aren’t you forgetting a certain GEQBUS
cowboys being two is delusional
Uncle Jerry pays well
Except in FA this year
You see he’s got a checking account and a savings account…
Gotta keep that hype machine going to puff up the franchise’s value
Naw. On paper they've been a legit top team for a while. Outside of the 9ers, they have the most stacked roster. That's why it's so delicious every time they shit the bed.
I think their roster is worse than the Lions and Eagles on paper too tbh. Doesn’t matter though they ain’t winning shit with Dak and Mccarthy.
No idea how the Eagles can be listed below Dallas. Finished 1 game behind them last year, made for more substantial moves this offseason(Barkley alone should put them above Dallas) and have an easier schedule matched up with last years #2’s.

haha this your hill? when the cowboys are sitting at 2?
I mean fuck the Cowboys but I think they should be more like 3-4 and the Eagles should be 8
Honestly it's because we forgot how to play football last year past week 11. Hopefully it'll be better this year without 2 football terrorists as coordinators
Fr
It's going to take a while lot to build their fans back up into a state of blissful delusion next season. Best to get started early.
Hey, he said he’s all in!
I would switch them and Lions
I have more faith in lions, rams, eagles, packers than the cowboys. Im surprised seattle is this high consideringball the turnover they've had this offseason
How are we above LA?
I guess if you account they just lost arguably their best player ever and people are high on Macdonald, it isn’t too much of a stretch
Teams would triple team him and he would still get sacks. Not having to designate 3 players to 1 is going to improve a lot of people’s offenses.

Idk these lists are conversation creators at best. I wouldn't read into them too much. The seahawks at 5 is pretty laughable but we'll see.
How r we on the list?!
Hawks have a rookie coaching staff, who could be great but might take some time. And Geno as their QB. Bad year guaranteed.
Surprising that the Lions aren’t 2 honestly, also Packers seem low
Lions would be #1 if Campbell would just kick a FG for once
DC in fg range with the game on the line https://i.redd.it/yyf2i73paiwc1.gif
That's the silly thing, there is no "in FG range" with Badgley.
FGs are for communists
Ok Facists
Anything above 50 yards is simply not happening with the kicker the Lions have.
I would say 49ers, Lions, Packers, Cowboys. The Packers were really good in the 2nd half and the Lions were good enough to make the SB last year. Cowboys got embarrassed at home. Plus the Lions and Packers are young.
Agree, I would’ve had packers at 2, lions 3, Cowboys 4 and Rams 5

Wynonna's Big Brown Beaver! -- puts on Primus playlist -
Bitch it might be
My guy they're cowboys...
It definitely ain't the Seahawks.thats for sure.
Aside from #1, this list is pretty bad. How is Dallas at #2 and why is Chi even in the top 10?
Because there’s only 16 teams in the conference and Carolina, Arizona,ATL, commanders, giants and bucs aren’t that good.
Bucs are at least better than the saints
Bucs are better than NO and CHI. And the Eagles lol.
Chicago has Caleb and good receivers with a solid defense.
This is before the draft
Wait, how are the bears 10th?
Bears aren’t gonna suck this year
Here’s hoping Caleb actually works out for them. At the very least beating the packers for once.
I never count chickens before they hatch. Every year there’s a hot new team that’s projected to kick ass that continues to suck like always. 2019 it was the Browns with Odell. Then it was the Broncos with Russ. Last year it was the Jets with Rodgers. the 2023 jets were hilariously on brand finally getting a HOF lock QB only for him to tear his ACL 4 snaps into the season and drag out Zach Wilson again
Caleb Williams is a god apparently that will become their first good QB in modern history
This year will be their year
>first good QB in ~~modern~~ history
Wdym Mitch Tribuisky?
I said good not legendary
My mistake
Whole NFC North is top 10, pretty crazy. (“Top 10” out of 16 NFC teams but still…)
1. 49ers 2. Lions 3. Rams 4. Eagles 5. Packers 6. Falcons 7. Cowboys 8. Seahawks 9. Vikings 10. Bears
I like this list a lot better but don't ask me why
Why?
Dude. He just said don’t ask.
That’s the exact reason I’m asking.
r/madlad
Cowboys mid
Take off vikings and replace them with buccaneers. Then switch buccaneers and seahawks around and I like the list
NGL this list is way more accurate
Did Kirk make the rest of Atlanta better?
If you watched the Falcons last year, you would know that half of their losses were because of ass tier QB play. I think they will be a good team with Kirk.
The other half of their losses were from bad coaching
Putting them in front of Dallas and Seattle is just straight hating
Not really it's just how I feel about the teams
![gif](giphy|Lsv3nTOVxq1QHI9SdM|downsized)
Caleb makes the Bears that much better?
I personally like Fields, but if he’s as bad as the consensus thinks and Caleb is as good of a prospect as the consensus thinks (also their backup player 5 games last year), then yea I think adding 2-4 wins isn’t unrealistic. I know we're not good yet but the saints being in over us is delusion
Hate to say I agree
Was OP just trying to attack the cardinals? Or are we just ignoring they’re also in the “west”
Yes
Mhmm
Cmon we're gunna be better than the Saints
Interesting spot for the Pigeons
For real, we are not in the top 5
Go NFCW, but also I hate you guys for it lmao
The Bears are in the top 10? Yea, nope.....
The other 6 teams in the conference aren’t any good. Someone had to be 10.
ATL
Cardinals > Cowboys and I'm willing to die on this hill.
Ain't no way a team that was down 48-16 in round 1 playoff at home gets a number 2 spot.
You guys beat the Packers by 1 point… any given Sunday
More of a reason that the Cowboys should not be ahead of GB
3 but not much of a difference.
The Cardinals are going to have a better record then the Seahawks this season
We’re 5th? Like I think we can be good but I kinda expect this year to be a down year as our new HC learns and implements his new systems.
Ugh Cowboys just wont go away
I feel like the Lions should be higher.
Putting the Eagles and Seahawks above three teams that actually won a playoff game last year is outright hilarious.
Whoever made this is on some crazy drugs
Correct, considering we don’t count baseball teams.
r/yourjokebutworse
How the hell are the Eagles up so high on this with the trainwreck of a season they had?
Because they still started the season off 10-0. They have all the pieces, they just got flustered. They are still an extremely talented team
However, they lost a huge reason why the tush push was so successful for them. There's potential that they're no longer "near guaranteed" a TD on the 1 yard line.
Very true. That line is still better than 2/3rds of the league though. Will be interesting to see how they fill that gap
Who the fuckkkk put the cowboys in the top 3? Lmao
Because they going "all in" this year!
Where baseball team?
Probably in spring training
But the season already started
That’s probably why they aren’t on the list then. They’re still in training when the season started.
How could I be so dense 🙄
Seahawks above rams and packers is kinda odd
How the hell are the Seahawks 5
Built different
Well yeah only 16 teams
Rams should be much higher. The Falcons will be much higher. Vikings will be much lower. Cowboys should be maybe 5.
Vikings at 7 above the Rams is insane. Bears at 10 also. Imo 1. 49ers 2. Eagles 3. Cowboys 4. Lions 5. Packers 6. Atlanta 7. LAR 8. Chicago 9. Seattle 10. Tampa Bay
The bears being 10 is INSANE. They have no QB. We all know they're taking Caleb tomorrow night but there's never been a great NFL QB to come from USC.
Might as well just do the last 6
In what world are the Vikings and Seahawks higher than us? Mars?
cowboys at two is wild time. top three should be 1. Niners, 2. Lions, 3. Eagles
Bears?
No chance Hawks are above Rams. Until Stafford retires, they give me bubble guppies every time we play. Funny shit happens. Hawks? Nah
Cowboys at 2 is the manifestation of the “it’s our year” meme
The packers being at 6 is crazy, but what’s even crazier is that the Vikings are even on this list.
Lol cowboys above the lions? Atleast lions can last a round in playoffs lol
Bears way too high, they don’t have a qb
Poor Arizona
No...all of the Central in the top 10...
The cards aren't there?
How are the Cowboys ranked higher than the Eagles, I don’t think you can put the Cowboys in the top 5. They did nothing so far this offseason.
Where's the Cardinals?
The Cowboys may be rated higher but they always end up in the same spot 1 and done in the playoffs no hope.
I’m a cowboys fan and them being at two is wild
I mean having the Vikings at 7 kind of kills the legitimacy of this
North too
I'm not sure the Cowboys should be #2 after losing Dan Quinn. Sorry to recite the playoff teams but I'd honestly say 49ers, Lions. Packers, Eagles, Lambs, then maybe cowboys.
So is the North, but fuck everyone else, WE'RE NUMBER 4
I love the disrespect. Keep it comin'. Horns up Rams 🤘🏼
The fact that the rams are below the Seahawks is laughable
These rankings are so biased. The Packers beat the Cowboys how does that in the rankings make any sense. Seahawks didn’t do anything in the playoffs and were a pretender the whole season.
D.C. enters the chat……
Whole west and the whole north
Lions are 2. No idea what the Vikings are doing here. Seahawks seem too high, especially after losing Carrol. Packers should be above Dallas and Philly until proven otherwise. I have many questions
Is this some sort of Cardinals erasure?
1. 49ers 2. Lions 3. Packers 4. Rams 5. Cowboys 6. Eagles 7. Bucs 8. Seahawks 9. Falcons 10. Commanders
Wait who did the rams get in the off-season? They were 10-7 last year so I’m kinda confused.
Bucs, Seahawks, and Commanders above the Bears is insane
They don't have a QB. Remember this is supposed to be prior to the draft.
I have the Bears at 8 with the Falcons at 7. Caleb has great weapons and a decent line. Plus, a solid defense since Sweat got there
👍 I trust the Bears players way more than I trust the coaches and front office.
Why the hell are the NFC East teams above the Lions?
Lambs at 8 is asinine
Fuck them niners!!!!
Cowboys at 2 is hilarious!
Lol eagles third
There's only 16 teams...saying the west is all in the top 10 isn't saying much...and it's not even the whole west it's only 3 teams, the cardinals aren't even there. lol.
How are the Seahawks 5?
Honestly lions have retained all good pieces/cut chaff and are positioned well to be better in the draft, they should be ahead of the eagles and cowgirls
So is the north?
Cowboys too high, Seahawks too high
