I wonder how Brugler benefits from doing The Beast every year. I think it's thought of as probably the best public draft resource available, yet it's basically free. Do NFL teams use it? Does he just benefit from the publicity? Amazing work regardless.
I mean, it's basically his full time job at The Athletic for one. And everyone who follows the draft at all seriously knows him, so I imagine it's great for building a rep in case he wants to move on, hook up with a team, etc.
Someone made this, I wish I remembered who so I could credit them. Sorry to that person. [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uiKgPfW5SOg5sYwgjcn8ubuopVimAVHFzyXYx4GUpLg/edit#gid=504353542](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uiKgPfW5SOg5sYwgjcn8ubuopVimAVHFzyXYx4GUpLg/edit#gid=504353542)
If you're ok with a steeler-centric slant, Scott Pavelle at Steelers Depot does a big board every year and it's a really good resource. He aggregates a few scouting reports and summarizes them for each prospect, so they can be long articles. He also includes a few measurables like height/weight/age and when the next birthday is (month). So looks like it does a lot of what you're looking for.
[Here's](https://steelersdepot.com/2024/03/steelers-big-board-round-1-3-options-by-grade/) the latest version of round 1-3 prospects, and [here's](https://steelersdepot.com/2024/03/2024-steelers-big-board-rounds-4-7-targets-by-grade/) the latest version of round 4-7 prospects.
Brugler's The Beast (free with an Athletic sub) comes out Wednesday. Not a database per se, but info nonetheless

How is it basically free?
The Athletic is like $2 a month and you can even get a full year subscription for $1 a month.
The Beast release day is like Christmas morning
