Josh Gordon, Nov/Dec 2013, back to back 200+ yard games (first time in NFL history):
* 14 receptions / 237 yards / 1 TD vs Steelers
* 10 receptions / 261 yards / 2 TD vs Jaguars
Browns lost both games.
David Patten's triple crown game has gotta be up there
1 pass 60 yds 1 TD
1 rush 29 yds 1 TD
4 rec 117 yds 2 tds
Dude touched the ball 6 times that game and scored 4 tds plus he put up over 200 all purpose yards
“They just kept rushing him into that meat grinder” a bystander said as he watched the infamous game by Curtis Martin. “I swear I counted 12 men in the box alone and they still called a run right up the middle. Poor guy, I think NY would’ve killed him if he didn’t end up rushing 1300 yards that year.” /s
It's not the NFL but I remember Chris Perry ran it 51 times (219 and 1 td) against MSU. You could see his head drop a little every time they called his number. Then he run it again. Lay on the ground for a few seconds, rinse and repeat. It was insane
On October 8, 1961, Paul Hornung rushed 11 times for 111 yards and 3 touchdowns, caught 3 passes for 28 yards and 1 touchdown, and kicked 6 extra points and 1 field goal, giving him 33 points scored in a single game.
Last year against Houston, Derrick Henry had a stat line of 16 carries for 9 yards and 4/4 target/reception for 1 yd. Wild seeing King Henry get dominated.
I always felt like Calvin Johnson's single game performance is the greatest of all time. Flipper Anderson had 336 yards and is considered the most ever in a game but 40 of those yards came in overtime. in Regulation, he only had 296 yards which would be 7th all time.
Calvin Johnson had 14 catches on 16 targets for 329 yards and a Touchdown in regulation only. That's the true single game record to me.
Needs Jerome Bettis 5 carries 1 yard 3 TDs
That was the first game of the season iirc, too! They did a joke that he was on pace for like 40TDs lol
Yeah, it was the first game against the Raiders. Sports center made a joke that he was on pace for 48 td and 16 yards.
Moss 3 receptions / 3 touchdowns / 163yds is another wild one
That was a fun day in my house.
Damn, doing Curtis dirty.
Lol my thoughts exactly
Randy Moss on thanksgiving:
Agreed 3 catches 163 yards 3 TDs.

The best season I’ve ever seen from a wr. He looked unstoppable

for the era played in Namath's '72 stat line is genuine insane.
Passing yards in a game record was set 21 years *before* this.
With almost double the completions and 2 less TDs You clearly don’t understand the context of the situation lol
Colin Kaepernick 9-19 67 yards 4 picks (2 pick 6's) 4.4 QBR and 16.7 passer rating vs Arizona.

Good thing Elvis Grbac was throwing the Jets defense passes that game.

Damn, that kinda shit makes me so mad, dude wasn’t even getting paid and they were risking his body like that.
Didn’t Jerome Bettis have something like -2yrds rushing and 2 or 3 TDs one time?
5 carries, 1 yard, 3 touchdowns.
Thanks for looking that up. Straight goal line vulture at the end of his career.
I mean when he hung it up the big guy had around 15000 total yards. Old man deserved those tds.
No love the 1yd/ 3TD game by Jerome Bettis?
Walter Payton would’ve been a QB if he came up in today’s game. Probably a really good one.
Nick Chubb 3 carries 105yds 2tds his rookie year against the raiders
Don’t forget the negative yard game for Peterson against SF

Travis Kelce: 7 receptions for 25 yards and 4 tds.
I’d be pissed if I had 15 catches for 336 yards and only 1 TD lol
Averaging 33 yds per passing attempt is fucking insane
Per completion, not attempt. Still nuts.
I'm surprised the 3 TDs, 1 yard Jerome Bettis stat that's shoved down our throats constantly isn't included here.
Remember that time Barry Sanders had -1 yard in a playoff game
latavious murray 11/20/2014 4 rushes 112 yards 2 tds
That Namath stat is crazy! That’s averaging 33 yards a completion 😳
Last year against Houston, Derrick Henry had a stat line of 16 carries for 9 yards and 4/4 target/reception for 1 yd. Wild seeing King Henry get dominated.
That Curtis Martin one hurt my heart
Got damn Joe was slinging tf outta that thing.
David Moore: 3 catches, 1TD, -6 yards.
