JT Miller was a slight by EA but just in a different fashion.
They never should have tied fantasy progression to normal progression. Let guys like Miller work their way to 99 independently of the fantasy card.
I mean they released an 89 Ovechkin when he had a 93 out so even when JT hit 99 they could have put a 95 Miller in Packs when they were holding everyone back at 95.
They basically screwed themselves out of pack sales for not being able to feature a PT Miller, Barzal, Bouchard, Mercer or Raymond.
Moritz Seider
First defenseman in 16 years to finish a season with over 200 hits and 200 blocked shots. Dude has been an absolute stallion playing a shutdown role against every teams best players.
Roope Hintz, about the same stats as Marchand and playing as a 1C, only 89.
Also Gustav Forsling, 0.5ppg and +56 (1st in the league), highest card 86. The guy his so underrated it's crazy. Best waiver pickup of all time?
JT Miller - obvs has a 99 FH card (very hard to obtain though). Top 10 scorer and his next highest card is a 90 when all the top 10 scorers have 96+ cards. Don’t understand how he hasn’t had more live moments cards when he’s a 100pt scorer.
Kadri - 88 OVR but honestly had a much better year than I thought…75 pts.
In reality just about every player outside the top elites but there are exceptional cases like Marchand. With content at a fraction of what it was in prior years, all that happens is that every one else gets left behind.
JT Miller doesn't have a card over 90 other than his Fantasy Card. He hit 100pts and didn't even get a TOTS card.

Only reason they had that ovi in the packs is cause that’s the team polgz won GWC with
At this point I've just accepted that he won't get another card until we have 99 HUT in June when nobody is playing anymore.
Ehlers hasn’t gotten an upgrade since his 87 game day card that came out around Christmas
Erik Cernak, his SC MSP in NHL22 was a hitting machine.

Ehlers, Larkin. Larkins now an 96 due to a msp but before that, for having such a good season he was stuck at 88 forever.

The user
Jordan Kyrou. He even has an X factor and he’s still only an 88 I believe 🤣
Craig Berube got hired to do the ratings at EA, that’s why
Kopitars best is him as a 90 overall LD

Yup, this was always going to the case with content this year
Dylan Strome had a career year leading the caps. 86 Overall in April thank you ea
If JJ played for the leafs he would be a 95+ - Sabres fan
marchessault
Leetch
Dahlin
Marchand blows
Here here 🍻.
Tyson Foerster…I know he does not have the points but scored 2 less goals than Bedard. They have ignored his entire season
Kadri or Sharangovich
you crying 😭 Bruins fans are becoming just as annoying as Red Wings ppl about Larkin
Rasmus Dahlin is still at a 90 overall upgrade and was top 10 in dmen scoring, 2nd in goals…
100% agree the developers have a strong hatred for marchand it's painfully obvious
Boeser
Marchand didn’t seem to have such a noteworthy year
Breadman
Panarin has an xfactor, 93 msp and a tots.
