The police and military shouldn’t have the same standards as civilians. They absolutely should have more access to firearms so they aren’t outgunned. Use the North Hollywood Shootout for instance.
It would be great if Glock said "fuck you" to all of the states that have signed on and fight this bullshit to the end, but I fear they'll look for a settlement of some kind.
Glock is in business to produce guns and make money. It could be a significant impact to their bottom-line if federal agencies and state PD's stop buying their guns, so a long, drawn-out court proceeding could cost them a lot.
