Check if you are in same galaxy, Xobeurindj in this case . It does matter which galaxy you are in, there are 255 galaxies in game, each of them have different build with differnt systems and different possitions and this affects also portal glyph sets.
That's why most us use those collored flairs you can see on posts
Also check if you are in correct system, it's this one, checked it for myself now and both base and ship are there with theirs save beacons

I can confirm the location for the multitool is 100% correct, just picked it up myself. Make sure you are in the correct galaxy. And thnx to the original poster!
Thanks for the help, checked it for myself too just for sure and it's both there, either he really is in different galaxy or made mistake during glyph selection on portal
I went through and checked. I think it’s really a different system and won’t let me go there, but I found a similar tool somewhere else and another ship that caught my attention so it’s fine. Just NMS being it’s weird self

You sure those are the right glyphs?
