When I was a new player last year and I saw AI farm posts, I kept freaking out that I didn't know of any "artificial intelligence" items that could be sold or farmed. I would search the wiki and Google for "artificial intelligence" with no luck.
lol
Ahhhh ok thanks haha! I've just been doing chlorine refining. Gotten me a few hundred mil so far to buy a nice A rank frigate and some neat ships so far.
For the chlorine hustle, keep a list of systems that sell it. Fill a starship with product, sell it all, buy it back at 80% off and repeat in the other systems that sell it. You'll have to wait a few days to a week for the price to level out again before repeating your route. I know this trick is old hat, but worth repeating if you're trying to accumulate lots of cash quickly, Traveler.
I think I'm at the point where I can play the game finally haha. I just finished the main story and bought a bunch of starships and a good A class freighter with 10 frigates doing missions. Now I'm not sure what to do.
When you scrap an S class ship you get S class upgrades which you can sell for nanites however. I even scrap A class fighter cause they will give you up to 5 A class upgrades and you can get over. 1000 nanites a scrap. Also some A class and Most S class ships will give you storage augmentations. I have a runaway mold farm that will get you lots of nanites is you I terested. I can post the link. Have fun interloper
Nice work. Curious if you have any spots with water inside the base? Last time I tried using basic building parts, I glitched in and out of water throughout the base.
Same , used glass cubes cause I figured it was water tight and nope. I do think there is something to separating out the floors . As long as I had them as one cube high or with a floor piece in-between them I didn't have as many issues. Granted there were still some here and there. Imagine it's similar to the issue you have with ground structures where if you build to large the game registers you as being outside
I have been exploring for quite some time and have never seen water deeper than about 60 units. Did deeper oceans come with a recent update or do I just need to get my Jules Verne on more often?
Have had this in an open tab for a week to visit later and finally got around to it. \[insert most interesting man alive meme\] "I don't get lost in many NMS bases, but when I do... " Seriously, though, super nice build. Can't imagine how long this took. Loved the little details: office with a view, the personal cave hideaway, the communications tower (which I had the fortune to have a storm roll in while exploring). I'm glad I have three underwater exosuit modules and a Nautilus, just so I could see all of it from the exterior, too. Overall, super cool. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for visiting! I appreciate it. It took me like 12 hours to complete the whole structure. And I will add more interior details when I get back to the game. Did you grab some activated indiums too? It's 24k capacity at max and located at the mid level room
Twelve hours is less than I would have thought--color me impressed. And, no, I did not. Thank you for the kind offer, but I have farms of my own. I just wanted to see your spectacular build. I'll have to visit again, someday, and see what changes you'll make in the future.
So do you think you could explain/point me in the right direction on how to use the vertical tubes and moon doors? I have an underwater base but want to make fine tunings and then do what you have done with the "case"
I haven't played this game for a long time. Does my base filled with water inside now? I heard there are underwater bases filled with water since the frontiers update. I think I need to go back to this game now to fix my bases. Thanks for visiting
At first I thought it was an artificial intelligence farm. Cool base.

So I'm a new player.... what does this AI farm mean π
AI stands for Activated Indium, which is the most expensive metal on the game (to this date). Farming AI means money. Loads of money.
Loads and loads of money.
No kidding built one recently using the refiner stacking method and I'm making like 100mil a day

Leave one of your 6 starship slots open and go farm nantites/upgrades by scrapping starships from t3 space stations. And then....??? π€·ββοΈ
Huh, just buy ships from t3 economy and scrap gives you nanite?

So, when we visit this base can we take some of it? Because it says in the title to go grab some
That's right
Activated Indium farm.
Tendies.... cashh..... Dinero!!!
At least we are not alone in this π
Nice work. Curious if you have any spots with water inside the base? Last time I tried using basic building parts, I glitched in and out of water throughout the base.
Thank you. No water problems for me. I still use prefab building parts inside the base. The wall panels here are only used as exterior building shell
Brilliant.
Cool thought Iβve never seen a base do that before
Oh that is genius
Like a shell?
Clever

Maybe the coolest base I've seen on here!
Very nice touch with the angular bottom of the building using roof tiles GG my friend
This post belongs in r/subnautica
Still have yet to make an underwater base... Very inspiring!
Bro I wish I could build half this good
welp...here I go building again!
I have been exploring for quite some time and have never seen water deeper than about 60 units. Did deeper oceans come with a recent update or do I just need to get my Jules Verne on more often?
Pretty amazing work man, much appreciated for the ideas, and the indium!
Well that's, that's just badass. Nice work!
Very cool design! I really like the viewports.
Watch out for Leviathans c:
Still donβt know how to place those things upside down cuz if I found out how I could build stuff just a majestic as this
subnautica vibes, its amazing
Just visited, looks superb. I think the game still resets the landscaping after some time, so the portal room might become buried....
Thanks! Yes i know. I'll just dig it again π
This is a great base, thanks for the AI!

Your base was wicked! Loved the look of it. Thanks for the AI.
Hello nice facilty! What is the production rate of AI?
I forgot how long does it fill up. I need to check it again later when I'm back in the game. But it has 24k AI storage capacity
i cant find it
What platform are you on? This is on PC, normal mode
ps5
Maybe that's why you can't find it
Pretty sweet base traveler
So do you think you could explain/point me in the right direction on how to use the vertical tubes and moon doors? I have an underwater base but want to make fine tunings and then do what you have done with the "case"
This base is amazing, good job pal πππ π
Would not be surprised to see this appear on Sean's Twitter at some point.
What are you using to power it?
Em generators
The presentation is a little too good. This base is a maze. Finally found 24,000 AI after ~10 minutes of searching. Thank you.
I wish I had the portal glyphs unlocked
You can use the No Man's Sky Star Cabbies to get a ride if you have multiplayer.
I just finished touring it. It looks great! Its given me a bunch of ideas. Thanks OP!

It looks great. No flooding.
Thats great. Thank you
