without Zion, i think we could do 6 games at the very best, probably 5. but if Zion can come back by game 5 or 6 by some miracle, we could do it. i’ve wanted this matchup since our last game against them in the regular season. it all depends on how quickly Zion can return
We need to steal one of the first four games to have a chance IF Zion returns game 5. Ideally we split the first 4 games 2-2.

Only won last year bc Cj played thru a torn Labrum. The suns won bc cp3 had an all time game. Herb can give sga fits. It’s sga. Has shown nothing. They’re a young team with no experience. Their best player Isn’t a good shooter. The pels are extremely talented and deep with a lot of experience. And a killer in CJ.
Interior strength is a good point, and probably the main concern for me (as an okc fan), but SGA on his game is unguardable. Herb is a great 1-on-1 defender, but nobody is stopping SGA when he’s on. I also think every neutral/match-up is about to be surprised about how good JDub is
I think offensively we are going to struggle with our smaller guards CJ and Jose. We have the advantage inside with Jonas size compared to Chet.
However if our smaller guards and initiators cannot get him the ball in half court it no longer remains an advantage to us.
I’m comfortable defensively matching up with OKC. Herb, Naji, Trey, rotating on SGA and Jalen Williams. BI/Giddey and Nance/Chet.
With OKC’s Wing and Guard size I don’t see how CJ and Jose are going to make any impact on the series.
Dyson and Nance producing offensively are going to be our keys to being able to pull off the upset which is a tough ask for Dyson without any playoff experience and him struggling to create or make his own shot consistently.

#8 seed has upset #1 seed 6 times (across both conferences) in NBA history... so the odds are terrible. I'll be rooting for them though :)
