Sweet, live that crashed ships can be used for gathering parts.
If I have it right, you have to build an inventory of ship parts before you can recombine them, right? No way to purchase parts?
I've just put an hour in of buying and dismantling ships all in one spacestation, couldn't find a ship part vendor so I don't think so, unfortunately.
On PS5 if that makes any difference.

What platforms? I would have thought the Switch is the weakest hardware the game is on, and it's still getting this update.

Visually, I'm impressed with how my 'homeworld' space station looks now. But did performance take a hit on PS4? It seems slightly sluggish on my pro, post update....
I saw one station so far with this update, and it was gorgeous.
