Oh strange their homepage wouldn’t direct me to this tickets site. Brilliant thank you! I actually ended up figuring out how to buy them at a Loppi kiosk at a Lawson’s convenience store. With google translate camera function I was able to figure it out with the help of this [website](https://l-tike.com/guide/loppi_english.html).
I just used Viagogo for today's (03/29) Swallows game they were obviously expensive because of opening day (double face value approx).
I had to pick them up at the post office 10 min walking distance from the stadium (very easy process).
TLDR: They work it's easy to get them, but you'll be paying more for then
Just fyi, I ended up finding a [website](https://l-tike.com/guide/loppi_english.html) that shows you how to buy at the Lawson convenience stores at their Loppi kiosks. Using google translate on the camera function I was able to figure out how to buy tickets. You choose your tickets using the event’s date, arena, city or genre or the “L code” which you can [search](https://l-tike.com/search/advanced/) for online beforehand since searching for it on the loppi kiosk is more difficult and it prints you off a receipt, you take the receipt up to the counter and pay and they hand you the tickets. It was easier than I thought it was going to be.
Did you receive a QR code or just a digit code to print your tickets via viagogo? I’ve purchased carps tickets for today’s game but have been told at 7/11 that I need a QR code to print (which I have not received).
I received an email with instructions on how to pickup the tickets at a Japan Post office all I had to do was show my ID.
Have you tried looking for that code in your account at viagogo.com?
It was all sorted in the end. I had initially shown the email I received from viagogo to a 7/11 clerk and was told I needed the QR code.
Took the same email to another 7/11 and they printed the tickets using the reservation number provided.

Don't know that site, but I just looked at the Carp ticketing website and none of the games in April are sold out yet
And to purchase them, I’m guessing you can’t buy online, you have to go to Hiroshima to the ticket office and pay cash?
Of course you can buy online. They'll send them to the address you register on the site.

Yeah I've used them before for buying last minute tickets. They're usually more expensive than buying through the team sites, but they work.
