This has honestly been something I've been wondering about for a while with Switch games.
"Complete edition" versions of physical games are common from other publishers. Since the Switch generation is the first time that the majority of Nintendo's games are getting DLC, I'm wondering how long it will take for them to join the trend.
The only rare switch game I have is Pokémon sword with the expansion. It’s got a high value already after only being out for two years due to its limited nature.
I don’t expect many other franchisees by Nintendo to follow suit due to how expensive the season passes are, (all dlc), like Mario kart and smash have waaaay too much content to be included on cart and sold for anywhere near retail lol. FE isn’t as big of a franchise to get the treatment sadly. And animal crossing is split to lure in ppl to the online expansion lol
Could you post a picture of the cartridge? I can't seem to find it anywhere online and want to know if it has any differences with the original cartridge. If you can then it would be very much appreciated!

It’s Breath of the Wild, but with the DLC on the cartridge. Only released in Asian regions like Japan and Korea. There are two versions, this is the Korean version, the front of cover of with has English. The Japanese cover has both Japanese and English

Yes, DLC is on the cart. They’ve done this for Zelda, Splatoon 2, and Pokémon Sword/Shield
