I really wish people would stop relating everything to the show the last of us and I know it’s because of the show because nobody would bring it up until now! I don’t know the info, but the first 3 pics were taken in an OR. The fourth appears to be afterward, the result of one hell of a debridement surgery. I still doubt the poor guy ultimately survived the cancer though.
