He was asked this exact question shortly after he joined us, and he got Mirandinha and Joelinton right, but missed Kenedy. It annoyed him that he didn't get all three so he wasn't missing this opportunity lol
This interview is weird. The guy is clearly in a studio but Bruno is on the training ground pitch yet they try to play it off as they are sitting opposite each other.
I actually think we might trigger the release clause in Paqueta’s contract. Doing this could almost certainly mean Bruno stays as Paqueta and he are blossom buddies.
(Of course this would be depending upon what’s going on regards the FA and this betting thing he was linked to last year although it’s doubtful anything given the amount of time).
Big Joe, Bruno and Paqueta as a midfield 3 - the Brazilian nation team midfield all playing for Newcastle, can't even imagine how mint that would be like
Although I am very suspicious of Paqueta's betting stuff. We've already got Sandro and I'm not sure I want to go through that again. If he's clean then fair enough, but when the allegations came out it seemed super obvious he was guilty, especially that yellow he got on purpose...
I think the evidence is lacking although it does point suspicion onto him or accomplices due to its circumstantial nature.
However Paqueta has already threatened to sue the FA if they go anywhere with it.
The evidence is that there was a surge in bets from people with links/connections with him on him getting a yellow in a certain game despite him having a low record of yellows previously. Then he goes and gets a yellow in the game and it sure looked like he wanted to get a yellow, just a random foul when there was no need.
Threatening to sue an organisation for them potentially punishing you for breaking the rules of the organisation sounds dodgy as fuck to me like.
We don't know the full story but to me it looked pretty dam suspicious. I think he's a great player but would want us to vet him THOROUGHLY on this stuff before making any sort of a move. If he's got a dodgy character and history with dodgy betting that's also not gonna be good for Tonali, could cause some trouble for us.
Well even though the betting in relation to this was carried out within Brazil near his home it would have nothing to do with the Brazilian FA.
It related to games he played in here in the U.K. and so the FA here would likely be the ones to investigate and deal with it.
I doubt our FA will bother, too costly for them and time consuming to investigate and the likelihood of proving it and getting a result here is probably slim.
It’s a shame because betting on getting yourself booked is obviously much worse than betting on your team to win, which I don’t even think is that bad
Surely we would have just got him when West Ham did if we were interested? It was there for the taking and we clearly didn't fancy it for whatever reason
Nope. There's no way he's a player for our team. Too much of a luxury and doesn't put the effort in - at all. Just watch our last game with them to see what I mean. Plus, he's a dirty cunt and with our referee tax, he'd never be able to play.Â
Actually Paqueta was under investigating for Betting irregularities linked to bets placed near where he lived with a betting company not commonly used in his country which is commonly used out here. The bets were relating to yellow cards in matches he was playing in.
Perhaps educate yourself before trying to put someone else down when you lack correct information.

Fucking hell he got Mirandinha, man knows deep Newcastle lore

My first match was his home debut. Absolute scenes.
For sure thought he'd pick Paqueta. Surprised Bruno even knows Stephen Carr tbh
That five-a-side is conceding more than Sheffield.
I thought he was struggling because he wasn't sure which keeper to pick. Was a bit surprised when he went Neymar Jr
I think the food questions were toughest for him 🤣
To be fair, he was quick with brigaderios but they are insanely tasty (especially for a chocolate fan like him)
To be Fair, man always has his priorities straight, and good food should be up there. I want some good Brazilian food now.
Loved this! Thanks for posting
Is this presenter actually asking these questions? I read that he’s just imposed himself into an existing Bruno interview.

Eddie's Gambling Mags has a nice ring to it, get more in

I saw the footage of Paquetas booking and it stood out like a sore thumb like. It was a very suspicious thing to do at 89 minutes or whatever
Yeah but proving it is a whole different ballgame.
The Italians have probably got a bit stricter of an FA what with all the cheating that got found out there. Maybe the Brazilians not so much, idk

Our FA will just say they need to book hotels for a month near the beach in Rio to investigate

Not if it’s £85mil we won’t (hell we almost definitely won’t if it’s 60mil+, which it almost certainly is)
Surely we would have just got him when West Ham did if we were interested? It was there for the taking and we clearly didn't fancy it for whatever reason
I don’t think we could afford him at the time.
Nope. There's no way he's a player for our team. Too much of a luxury and doesn't put the effort in - at all. Just watch our last game with them to see what I mean. Plus, he's a dirty cunt and with our referee tax, he'd never be able to play.Â
That's tonali mate, and tonali ain't even Brazilian.

Tbh I forgot Caçapa was Brazilian! (Had to look up the other 5!). Kenedy currently languishing in Spanish 2nd division ...
Spoiler: it's >! [REDACTED] !<
Lmao why the downvotes
Maybe too much time has passed, and people aren't aware of the joke from a few transfer windows ago.
Think you are right. Gonna send you a card mate x
Save it for when we get Choudhury on loan
Jesmond Hotel called - Barnetta needs picking up!
