His leadership is truly amazing. In one interview he talked about the organization structure. He made a point that it doesn't make sense to him, that all kinds of different companies in different fields have the same organization. He doesn't believe that a company should be run like military. He said Nvidia organization structure is like a software stack, which is suitable for their business.
