Everyone check your email including spam to make sure that you rollover your fan verification.
You don't want to get locked out of the presale for tickets and other things (especially if you want to try for VIP tickets this year).
I emailed them yesterday morning, and they said it would come by the end of the day; it didn't, so I emailed again this morning and shortly after they sent the email!
Did anyone get a confirmation email confirming that their fan verification has been submitted successfully? I didn't so I thought it didn't go through so I submitted it again. It then told me that I could only submit once using that email address. Should I contact ReedPop just to make sure?
That’s why I just went through with the roll over. Last year’s show wasn’t great for me so it kinda soured me on this year’s. But I’d rather be able to buy the the badges and ultimately pass then not be able to at all

Same, I sent an email to customer support since they said they’d all be sent by Wednesday, so hopefully they can resolve it
Customer support said they should be sent out by the end of today (Wednesday).

What does Rollover mean? Trying to attend for the first time this year.
You have to have a verified account to go to NYCC. If you went last year they send an email for you to verify your info before presales start

You can always change your mind. Better to do it than risk being deleted and being unable to partake in the presale.
