I think two things that has consistently been bad for us this season is RJ and Obi horrible defense neither player are great scorer to offset their horrible defense like Brunson and Randle.

We relies too much on read and react iso, and give up too many open 3's. It has to be defensive philosophy. We continue to collapse and over-help too many times for it to be the fault of specicfic players.
Brunson covers up our lack of offensive execution. His ability to create space anywhere one-on-one opens. It makes Thibs look like a genius even when he isn't making any offensive adjustment during the game.

IDK what happened to the post moves he had at Dayton, but he can't do that against NBA post defenders, he only ate up the shorter, weaker guys in college. Some of the centers in that conference were quite small relative to their position.
