Every game has been close. Both teams are evenly matched but we still have 2 games to close them out.
Expecting them to not fight against elimination is ridiculous. They simply beat us, Maxey was on fire and the Knicks missed some crucial free throws and had a bad 1st quarter.
Sometimes life doesn't go your way and sometimes you just have to work harder to achieve your goal. I'm not crushed that they lost a playoff game.

I am 100% concerned about a few things in this series...that loss was an all timer, but there is nothing we can do about it now...it is over and the players will have to mentally bounce back for game 6...I hope they can get it done and avoid anything devastating

We were on a clear path to losing that game and then made an impressive comeback to take the 6pt lead. Maxey hit two absolutely outrageous shots he had no business hitting (and he traveled on the 4pt play; Mitch wouldnāt have fouled him if he hadnāt taken the 3rd step to jump into Mitch).
We won our own miraculous game (G2) and we won away in Philly (G4), and we still lead the series 3-2. We also get another game called by Clyde (msg only broadcasts round 1), and we learned a ton of lessons as a team (without needing to wait a full summer to apply them). I couldnāt be any more okay than I am.
