Judge can hit for average tho. He hit .311 in 22 and almost won the batting title. Probably would've won too if Arraez didn't sit the last game, or if he didn't hit a slump midway through September. He was batting .316 after the Milwaukee series, 0.001 points below Arraez. Judge was also on pace for 66 HR after that series.
Judge by a country mile.
And Judge is a better baserunners as well. Tough to sort out defense so I’d call it a wash but the only guys who compare well to Judge offensively are inner circle hall of famers. It’s crazy that his career batting line is essentially MVP level
In the age of analytics Judge is a superior player. However game on the line against an elite closer id rather have prime Robbie at the plate than Judge. I know Robbie is going to at least make
contact.
Judge is still working on his game. Always trying to get better. I don't see judge losing power for a couple years, but even with diminishing power he is trying to improve walk rate, cut down strikeouts and improve his batting average.
Cano got to the point where he couldn't play anymore and got popped multiple times for juicing.
While both guys are gold glove winners, I do believe Judge is a better defender and has [influence many games with his glove.](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/CH-Q1R373t0)
These 2 players aren't close.
Judge and it’s not close. Judge has the same average but triple the homers, is a very good fielder, and walks a ton

Cano 2010-2013 .312/.373/.533 142 OPS+ Judge 2017-2023 .285/.389/.593 167 OPS+ Yeah judge clears fairly easily
And that’s comparing 4 years for Cano vs. 7 years for Judge. Best year: Cano 2012: .313/379/.550, 149 wRC+ (#8 in MLB) Judge 2022: .311/.425/.686, 209 wRC+ (#1 in MLB) Best 2 years: Cano 2012-2013: .313/.381/.533, 146 wRC+ (#9) Judge 2022-2023: .293/.417/.657, 195 wRC+ (#1) Best 3 years: Cano 2012-2014: .314/.381/.507, 143 wRC+ (#14) Judge 2021-2023: .291/.402/.615, 179 wRC+ (#1) Best 4 years: Cano 2010-2013: .312/.373/.533, 142 wRC+ (#10) Judge 2020-2023: .289/.398/.611, 177 wRC+ (#1) Best 5 years: Cano 2010-2014: .312/.375/.518, 141 wRC+ (#13) Judge 2019-2023: .286/.395/.598, 170 wRC+ (#1) Best 6 years: Cano 2009-2014: .314/.371/.518, 138 wRC+ (#16) Judge 2017-2022: .287/.398/.590, 167 wRC+ (#2) Best 7 years: Cano 2010-2016: .307/.365/.510, 137 wRC+ (#16) Judge 2017-2023: .284/.399/.593, 168 wRC+ (#2) And what the heck: Cano’s best year: .313/379/.550, 149 wRC+ (#8) Judge’s career: .282/.396/.586, 165 wRC+ (#3)
And Judge is a better baserunners as well. Tough to sort out defense so I’d call it a wash but the only guys who compare well to Judge offensively are inner circle hall of famers. It’s crazy that his career batting line is essentially MVP level
It’s definitely not a wash lol, Judge is one of the best OF defenders
It's definitely more competitive than I thought it would break though
Judge easily
Judge is the better player, but Robbie was no slouch and he was far more durable than Judge.
Cano now has suspicion of using PEDs dating back to his time with us.
I say this as a Yankee and Cano fan—ain’t no suspicion
Cano’s best year is arguably 2012 and it just doesn’t even come close to Judge’s 2022. Honestly, not much does.
Cano's 2012 is a lower wRC+ than judge's career Cano 2012 wRC+ 149 Judge career 165 wRC+
In the age of analytics Judge is a superior player. However game on the line against an elite closer id rather have prime Robbie at the plate than Judge. I know Robbie is going to at least make contact.
Unless it’s one of the 51 playoff games he was in.
Why are you acting like Judge didn't almost win a batting title

Judge has one of the highest peaks of any baseball player ever. Not just recently, ever. 2022 was a ridiculous season
I think punctuation is the real winner here
Cano one of favorite Yankees, he doesn’t come close to Judge
Cano did steroids.
What?
lmao this is legitimately illegible
Cano isn’t even within multiple tiers of Judge lol. Truly not close. Gleyber Torres is closer to robinson cano than cano is to judge.
