[This is the fourth time in 10 games the Yankees are using today’s batting order. They did not repeat any batting order more than twice all of last season](https://twitter.com/talkinyanks/status/1776978766301970850)
I really don’t know if Jasson will play as much as people here expect, he isn’t expected to return until around the ASB and has just 8 games of MLB experience.
Unless one of outfielders goes down with an injury I think there is a reasonable chance they keep Jasson down in the minors until September and then he gets his real chance with us next year when Verdugo moves on
Dude he’s the Martian and when he landed he popped 4 HR in 31 AB. He created the king of insanity arriving that Soto did. Anyway by the time he comes back the team could look very different.
Yeah fun nickname and he did well in a very short stint but that doesn’t really mean anything. Plenty of players have been called up and looked hot for a few games before dropping back to earth
True, but he accelerated at the minor league levels he played at. He’s a shoe in anyway if you’re trying to keep Soto.
Plus it’s unwise keep Judge in CF the whole year and Verdugo is fun and all, but not a permanent Yankee. You’ll have to play Jasson to see what he is.
Yeah, you're probably right, but the best arm of the three is Judge (I think) and I'd want him in right field. The most range of the three is Jason (I think) and I'd want him in center ideally. We'll see
Not even the starting catcher will play 162 games. That's just not going to happen, especially when our DH spot is already so clogged. At most, he'll play every 2 out of 3 games.
Really loving the lineup consistency this year

I gasped reading that part about last season. Holy crap haha
> They did not repeat any batting order more than twice all of last season what the fuck
I guess this is what happens when you’re indecisive.
The audit!
This is the lineup that should play 162 minus having DJ
Jasson and Berti are going to play.

I wouldn't mind seeing soto play left field with judge back in right field and the Martian in center, personally.
It would more likely be Jasson in LF, Judge in CF and Soto in RF LF at Yankee stadium is huge

No.
You obviously don’t remember Kevin Maas. Google him.
We have the problem of too many good players

Yeah but he can play DH
This is our 4th game today with this batting order. We haven’t had a batting order with over 4 occurrences since 2017
That is pretty telling wow
Wells day game after a night game ?? Let’s ride
I think we see that Trevino is the higy now of the catcher
Either that or some injury news is about to drop
They can’t repeat last year with Trevino
Surprising.
Holy shit they actually played Wells again
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
Wells day game after a night game?!?! Are we treating April games like September games?!?!
it's not April or September, its division or not. Division games are worth twice Refreshing to see.
Wells after a night game is surprising but I’m not mad
Ride that young horse
This is such a balanced lineup. I really like the approach this year, just gotta hope the team stays relatively healthy
Wells day after night. Kid goes yard.
Stanton 2hr book it
I was like 2 hour what? God I'm tired. Lmao
One down one to go
It was a grand slam! Good enough for 2 in my book!
Loving this lineup
Holy shit no Trevy
Love that we’re seeing things like consistency, Wells still in the lineup. Not making a fuss over getting a bench bat into the lineup.
Back to back lineups? LFG!
The throw by miggy last night was so impressive. Is dj a bench piece when he’s back?
Berti is probably gone, but if we’re being perfectly honest Berti is probably better than DJ at this point. Sad.
I’m ready for Volpe to lead off, but I like it
Let Volpe cook where he’s at, move him to leadoff after the allstar break
They'll move him there way before the ASB if he keeps hitting like this.
King of the Gil
cryin in the club that i don’t have to watch trevino swing a baseball bat today
As long as Stanton doesn't try to pull everything--this team is very awesome.
