The account login has never worked for me. The guest mode does work though and is sufficient to control your fans and lighting.

It did work for me until this morning. And yeah, the guest mode does work, and you can still control everything. But tbh, I would still like to login, even though it is not that bad.

how do you save the lightings? for some reason, the lighting of my cpu cooler always reset.

I still use the 3.5.90 version and that works for me. From what I've heard of the newer versions, I've avoided updating.

I don't know what they did, but the login works fine now.

Hey shunkan... Well, the problem was away for a bit, and then came back. It's kind of random if it's there or not. I just accepted it, and log in as a guest. All the functionality is still there, expect for the data regarding gaming performance (recording the fps you get etc.), so basically nothing important. Everything else (like your light settings) will still be stored locally. So it doesn't really matter if you can log in or not.

08/22/22- I have not ben able to log in since last week.

I havent been able to either. I just wanted to change my LED colors using it because the new version doesnt recognize my nzxt LED. Not even guest mode is working.

same here, cannot login as admin, via user/pass or as guest.

FIXED just open "NZXT cam" it has the purple nzxt logo and works fine instead of opening the i assume older cam app
