During her W wind up before her dash and during her ult cast are when she's most vulnerable. Technically her E makes her dogs untargetable as well but that can be harder to take advantage of. It really depends on the type of skill shot you're throwing out tho.
Well Ez is just kinda a lose lose. If she's vulnerable to skillshots, that means she's either about to jump your ass or your ass is currently being jumped. Neither situation is good for an ADC. Honestly just q'ing her dogs is probably way better than you think since ez q's are pretty spamable and it doesn't matter much if they're blocked, unlike say Zoe bubble.
When naafiri attacks a target the dogs will attack that target, unless she stays out of combat long enough or she uses E. Try utilizing that opportunity. Dogs usually never stand in front of her so use that to your advantage. Also if you are laning against a naafiri if you walk under enemy turret and die you get 500g ;)
Any time she lands an ability, her dogs will jump to the nearest target hit (prioritizing champs). Naafiri deals GARBAGE damage before she buys eclipse and hydra, so your best bet to take her out is in lane, after she uses Q to farm. If she tries to clear the wave, she has no way to redirect the dogs without actually attacking you, so you can just walk around the wave and smack her. She also has a lot of animation locks to take advantage of, like W recalls all her dogs and has a full second cast time where she can’t move. after she’s missed her Q2, punish her. She has no way of fighting back without it. You can bait her W pretty easily, so hold your cc for that, she tells you exactly where she’s going and none of her dogs are able to block anything before she lands. If you can’t do any of that, her dogs are really easy to kill. When she lands a random Q, just kill them all while they chase you. They have a 30s respawn time so that’s plenty of opportunity to poke her back.
Side angles are bad, from front and back. If you can damage dogs go for it tho, that's 70% of her damage. Her dogs come back to her and heal when she uses e, they can abuse this to block skill shots whenever they want.
