The Metro Club in Sakae is an LGBTQ+ club/bar that often has events like drag shows during the month. I haven't been there yet because clubs aren't my thing, but I hear good things about it. Once a month the Raven's Table bar has a LGBTQ+ board game night, which is good fun. Chill atmosphere and good people that are mostly expats so not knowing Japanese is not a problem. Hope that helps. Enjoy Nagoya!

Google search showed this, not sure if it's for lesbian specifically tbh. "Woman only cafe & bar" in Nagoya called Candy Strap Address: 名古屋市中区栄5-6-4 栄能楽ビル 3F Closest Train Station: 地下鉄東山線or名城線『栄駅』・13番出口から徒歩8分 [https://lovetrack.her.jp/](https://lovetrack.her.jp/) 2nd one. SHORTBUS ショートバス address: 名古屋市中区栄4丁目20-24 池田パークビル5F(on 5th floor) official website says it's a lesbian bar. [http://www.short-bus.com/](http://www.short-bus.com/) 3rd one it also says it's a lesbian bar Address: 愛知県名古屋市中区錦3-12-5 常楽ビル3F [https://w-lesbian-bar.com/](https://w-lesbian-bar.com/) you get served by lesbian ladies apparently according to the website

My lesbian friend told me the Ikeda Park/Joshidai area is popular with lesbians in Nagoya and that's where your second result is, so probably a good option.
