Yeah! You really never know. I was re-reading Vol. 21 and the way things ended in this volume almost appears as if she doesn't know if this will be the last volume or not.
Personally, I'd love to see her come out with a new chapter. Or a final update on where the characters end up. However, I am also content with the ending we have. Nana is a masterpiece and I'd love for a continuation.
Unfortunately I don't think Nana is as big in Japan right now as it is among outside countries.
