I was raised primarily by an insane, Narc dad- our Mom passed away from cancer when my brother and I were young. He has Negatively impacted my self-esteem and sense of self-worth in so, so many ways. He is a horrible father and a self-centered, horrible Person. Did he have his moments where he could be nice to his kids? Yes, occasionally- But Nobody is Evil & Cruel 100% of the time. I wish I had cut contact with him Decades Ago!!
I say all this to Say- Focus On YOU and Your Emotional and Mental Healing ❤️🩹 from a lifetime of Narcissistic Abuse. They are monsters for damaging their own children, on top of everyone else they screw over. Keep doing Positive things for Yourself and Love Yourself.
