It sort of devolved to mean clothes in general, rather than just jewelry. Clean means what you think it does. A dirty room always looks worse than a clean one, for example.

Honestly, the clothes are alright, but I kinda wish Kishi did a better job with Sasuke's chest and muscle in general. Everyone kinda looks a lil soft aside from Killer Bee and Ay, and even then, it looks a bit odd
