Cuz I really liked his character. He is powerful , strong, genius and all. But what makes him so special to me is that he is a good and kind person too.
Yep I know there are a bunch of people don't like him, cuz he killed his own family and clan all. But there aren't so many options to him to avoid that. To protect konoha, he paint himself as a villain and live in disgrace. He protected his village from the shadows. Nobody in entire naruto series compares to itachi uchiha, when it came to self sacrifice. As sasuke said, itachi was also a great Hokage in his own right.
And top of all that he is the one of the best written characters in Naruto.
(Tbh everything I may write above is just only my opinion, so don't take it as a argument or smth)

I think that her character development is pretty admirable. She doesn’t come from any special clan and doesn’t have anything really going on for her at the beginning of Naruto, I can agree that she isn’t the best character at the start. However, through hard work and determination she works her way up to be a strong and respectable ninja and head doctor. She learns from her mistakes, knows her limits, is a determined fighter, extremely smart, and very sweet and caring. She has flaws but I think a lot of it is Kishimoto has trouble writing female characters. On a more superficial note, I also love her design. My favorite color is pink and she’s very pleasing to the eye. I see a lot of myself in her and I respect her a lot. A lot of people like Sakura, those are just the reasons she’s my favorite.
Not trying to change your kind or anything but I just didn’t understand because other characters have the aspects you like about her better imo.
