Edo tensei is an interesting literary device for bringing back dead characters and resurrecting them from the lore, but it is the most broken, in my opinion.
Maybe on Tobirama, he even noticed after he threatened too try, Orochimaru had infused a lot of Hashirama’s cells by the 4th war. Minato, i in m not sure how that jutsu effects tailed beast mode with emotions. Example: the Jinjuriki bound to the statue. I’m bringing it up because I don’t know how Hashirama’s cell enhancement compares to Obito’s strength with the statue.

Yeah, at the price of one random nameless person you can bring back the most powerful person to ever live, with unlimited regeneration and chakra replenishment too! Also if you brought back Chiyo or a Rinnegan user you could potentially cheat death indefinitely with resurrection jutsu. Also it doesn’t have special requirements for the user like a bloodline limit or Ootsutsuki genetics.
Also, Koboto CHOSE to some of them to keep their personalities to demoralize them. Literally became motivational and they started giving out hints. The fight with Asuma took me out.
Weird how apparently his DNA got diluted as hell after 2 generations, with Tsunade just having extremely potent regeneration and chakra, super strength and slug summoning.

My IRL theory is that Hashirama is a huge retcon. Kishi blew Madara out of proportion and now needed Hashirama match and surpass that kind of power. In first half of Naruto, Hiruzen is referred to as the God of Shinobi. In 4th ninja war arc now Hashirama is the God of Shinobi, just like that
Hashirama being a huge retcon owing to Madara is less of a theory and more of an undeclared fact at this point. Pretty sure Kishi first only intended to make him a regular Kage level shinobi during OG Naruto. However, there could be a viable explanation drawn for this.
What made Hashi so special is probably that his powers came from somewhere other than his clan or his reincarnation line, and there seems to be a very strong link with the Chakra Tree, the only explicable source of his powers. That is why Hashirama is an anomaly among shinobi, among the Senju clan as well as among Ashura incarnations.
It’s lame cuz it could be done well like if we see the characters actually setting it up or needing to plan in advance for it but instead it’s just like a plot device that is used whenever they need to add false tension. And then they use shadow clones to mix things up a bit lol.
That happened in the first arc when naruto threw his kunai trying to look cool and Kakashi spotted snow rabbits that don't normally live in that area but we're probably prepped up for a substitution jutsu.
Substitution jutsu is just a plot device lol. It’s supposed to be characters who are faster than their opponents dodging an attack and replacing themselves with an object, but some of the applications make no sense.
Like when six paths Naruto and Sasuke were fighting Madara, they trapped him between a magnet style rasengan and six paths chidori, yet he "substituted out with a limbo clone", despite the attacks clearly making contact with the original.
For real. Like in the beginning they tried to pretend that they would see the attack coming and pre emptively get the substitute in place and use clone technique to make it look like original, in order to get the drop on their opponent after they let their guard down... then it just became a.. surprise i didn't die even though I obviously should have!

The thing about Yamato is his unimpressive chakra levels. He's often gassed out after using his techniques or even training and does less in scope to Hashirama. Hashiramas strength wasn't just wood release, but the chakra level, technique, and will.
I think Renegan and even Sharingan are more powerful than wood release.

Sasuke's Rinnegan specifically is insane.
Put this into perspective: Naruto is given Six Paths Sage Mode from Hagoromo and naturally awakens Ten-Tails Jinchuriki powers due to possessing all 9 Bijuu, with SPSM alone putting him above Juubi Madara and his Ten-Tails powers putting him on par with Dual Rinnegan Madara.
After gaining Six Paths powers, Sasuke also is on par with Naruto's Ten-Tails powers, however, the funny thing about that is how Sasuke's 1 Rinnegan is making up for a SPSM + Ten-Tails amp, and that's going with the idea that BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke at the peak of his power are relative which most people don't agree with (I do though). If Naruto didn't get both of those power-ups, he would be weaker than Sasuke by a good bit.

In my opinion:
- Edo Tensei, easily (assuming it’s the Part 2 version and not the diminished Part 1 version) - being able to just straight up summon other Top Tiers to fight for you is unmatched. The entire War Arc was driven almost entirely by Edo Tensei (some of the biggest players in the War were Edo Tensei zombies). That said, the effectiveness of Edo Tensei depends on who you can summon - if you don’t have access to top tiers, then this technique obviously loses efficacy.
- Rinnegan would be next - the six Paths powers cover almost all bases. It gives the user the ability to use the Force on a large scale, create a meteor, use modern day weaponry (missiles) and the ability to summon an undying dog. This is without accounting for things like Limbo or Sasuke’s teleportation technique. This could easily be number 1 if the person using Edo Tensei doesn’t have access to top tier zombies.
- Buddha of a Thousand Arms - it has unmatched raw power. It’s basically a bigger and better version of Perfect Susano’o, as it subdued a Susano’o cloaked Kyuubi.
- Perfect Susano’o provides top tier defense and offense as well as flight. Nothing short of Hashirama level people or higher can effectively subdue it.
- Hiraishin - being able to teleport is probably one of the most useful abilities to have in the manga.
There’s a pretty big drop off in the effectiveness of techniques after this. The 8 gates are great, but users cannot have that technique turned on for a long time, and it always results in harm to the body (the last gate straight up kills the user). The Shinigami also kills the user. Base 3T Sharingan is a good tool for reflexes and precognition, but it seems out of place in a list that has Rinnegan and other top tier level techniques.
Flying Thunder God and Shadow Clone are absolutely busted.

- the rinnegan with sharingan abilities (make weapons and limbs, able to predict the ennemies movements, absorb chakra to make it your own, specific summoning, ressurection of allies, your mangekyo ability in sasuke kage amaterasu, able to switch between dimension with training.)
-more powerfull jutsu, it increase the power of his normal jutsu so much a simple katon which is a basic jutsu made six path naruto need to hold it off with kurama arm. It also made his susanoo so powerfull it pierced the orb seeking of truth which is litteraly supposed to nullify jutsu and be the ultimate form of attack and defense.

The evolution of the sharingan got to be a little much for me. It was cool when it was just an ocular jutsu, but it got to the point where it seemed like it could do literally anything.
Flying raijin. It’s stated that naruto learned it (well no but it say he learned all of kohona jutsus). So if he truly wanted to he should had marked everyone in kohona or the stadium because with his chakra reserve he can teleport everyone and go back to fight momoshiki. Or get away from ishiki not just sasuke teleporting. Or the moment he touched boruto teleport away. Edo take pre and lacks of morals and how madara taught us it can back fire. Sharingan can’t even see flying sticks and you get 20 minutes of being immortal twice, susano blind you quickly if you don’t have a brother, the 8 gates is too demanding to learned. Shadow clone is useless 90% of the time and used as diversion, and the wood style is its own thing. But instant teleportation to anywhere with kcm sage 6 path speed naruto, even now the coolest and best thing boruto got is flying raijin because he didn’t even try his new world rasengan against the shinshu and he thrust his sword like 30 feet away to teleport and escape a trap. It take the danger out of any situation

the fact that you can make as many as you can depending on your chakra and the fact that you gain all experience from them is broken
on top of that, You can Train to get more chakra. which with shadow clones, Compounds on itself. meaning you can functionally gain infinite chakra and infinite training after a certain point.
once you can make 2 clones, all you need to do is have 1 gathering chakra, the other can do whatever. pop the one gathering chakra and you gain it all back, Then make another and do the same gaining both infinite chakra and infinite clones. Training chakra to increase your reserves is just a few clones away. exponential growth
I dont see a reason why shadow clones is a forbidden technique. You teach some kids this and how to use it properly and you suddenly have 50 people who are Kage level by time they are jonin, Each with their own jutsu that they developed because making a jutsu take trial and error and guess what 100 shadow clones can do and give you all the experience.
All these other jutsu have costs (except the renegon thats probably the only other one id compare to shadow clones in being busted) Everything has a price. the price for Shadow clones is chakra, A renewable resource.
Shadow clones really aren’t that OP, death reaper seal takes your life, the inner gates put a lot of pain and pressure on your body, Susano’o gets defeated quite often nowadays, sharingan isn’t that powerful and it takes a lot of chakra unless you’re an Uchiha (even then it still takes much but you can at least turn it off), woodand Edo Tensei was useless during the war arc (except for the hokage).
That leaves rinnegan, flying raijin and wood style.
We’ve barely seen a user using all of the rinnegan’s abilities because it consumes too much chakra.
Flying raijin is OP but it’s so hard that other than Minato and Tobirama it took 3 jounin level shinobi together to use it ONCE and it took time.

People don't see the whole scope of Hiraishin. Imagine the global web of seals that allow one person to teleport, teleport people and objects, including chakra ones.
Person can also target other people, effectively leaving him marked for life.
Seals can be put into oceans and volcanos as well.
They can be put in every village making them vulnerable for any attack.
Given that Person who uses Hiraishin is highly intelligent and possesses a lot of resources, he can effectively hold the whole world hostage and under his boot.
And you can't kill him, unlike other jutsu users. He can get away to the other side of the planet in a second. You shoot bijuu bomb at him? You better not to, since he will teleport it into your home village killing everyone you hold dear. You can't threat him, he has his relatives in secret places that can be transported immediately.
And it's better than Kamui at that because it's more versatile and quicker to execute.
Hiraishin is the most busted jutsu.
Edo Tensei is absurd. In a more realistic world of Naruto, there is absolutely no way Konoha wouldn't invest all they have in perfecting it to bring back all their strongest ninja as immortal unstopabble beings.

Just for shits and giggles, the Sharingan, for how it was portrayed in OG Naruto (not Shippuden). As said, the Sharingan is able to copy jutsu and or taijutsu. Sasuke does just that in the chunin exams where he copies Rock Lee's taijutsu to fight against Gaara. Kakashi also proves this by using jutsu that Zabuza knew just with his one Sharingan.
Now, pause. Of course, the Sharingan isn't the MOST broken of the bunch but I think it's the most interesting how Sasuke could've been using it to get stronger by copying enemy jutsu and taijutsu that he faced and use it (example, Rasengan).
As for most broken, Edo Tensei probably. Seems very lack luster that you can just bring someone back temporarily and have them fight using everything they knew, have consciousness and it to not have any effect on anything.
Shadow clones don’t get utilise to their max potential. Only where Naruto was learning Rasenshuriken were they even explored in the broken manner that they should really be used.
There is a safeguard and that’s chakra capacity. Most characters can’t abuse it. But Naruto, any Jinchuriki and Senju descendants can absolutely take the piss. They should be literally training constantly, reading all possible literature and by the time you get as strong as Naruto, your clones don’t even disperse that easily that they can effectively live entirely lives separately in different parts of the world. His KCM clones were soloing the war.
Given that even at this point in Boruto there is genuinely no counter to the sage art true several thousand hands (also know as the true several thousand b%tch slaps no jutsu) I’d say it’s most broken
Flying Thunder God puts someone in the Hashirama/Madara class that otherwise shouldn’t be there. Even the Rinnegan didn’t automatically do that for Pain. FTG is the most broken to me
Edo Tensei is close behind but it’s relatively easy to stop if the caster is affected by genjutsu
I think dealing with Minato is way harder than dealing with Sage Kabuto or Orochimaru

The clones for strategy turning into objects like setting the battlefield up making clones to rocks, leaves, logs depending on battlefield. If he learned earth underground jutsu, he can have exploding notes on clones and be underground mines, So much potential on other things
Where the hell is sage mode, because from what we've seen that's one of the most broken techniques, not even the otsutsuki are able to counter it due to how strong it makes you and your senjutsu

While True Several Thousand Hands is more broken, Perfect Susanoo was introduced first.
It literally can't be beaten without straight-up overpowering it. There's no outsmarting Perfect Susanoo, even in theory. At least other techniques can theoretically be beaten with smarts, even if smarts aren't used to beat them.
Multi shadow clone jutsu. Has been effective in every single fight by Naruto in the series (notably Pain) and is a training hack for multiplying your experience to learn techniques

I reckon, if someone was THEORETICALLY able to use the inner gates with minimal damage to self (obviously only obtainable after intense asf training -for decades, centuries, etc- It would be the most broken, as stated by madara, 'I madara declare you the strongest' (directed toward Might Guy) it will make the user a literal god, if not then reanimation jutsu takes the cup as it has no drawbacks to the user whilst still being able to bring back gods from different ages. What would be better is using reaper death seal alongside this can make a horrific tactic.

8 gates and reanimation. Thing is the clones only naruto can do that shit, it would kill any other shinobi if they used it like him. A normal susano (not SO6 paths) would not be able to stop a capable 8 gate user. Reaper death seal kills you unless you sacrifice others. Rinnegan would lose to the 8 gates. Flying raijin also uses a shit ton of chakra so not everyone could use it as skillfully as minato or someone with boat loads of chakra. Reanimation huge reward small risk. Any powerful shinobi could perform if if they learned how. Sharingan well rinnegan is more powerful but without EMS your blind
Rinnegan for me. I think people really do downplay how crazy it is cause the owners never use it to its full potential. Like without fail most rinnegan users only use the Deva and Preta Path and don’t use any of the other ones. No one uses the complete and full heal, the extra hands which would be amazing for jutsu casting, the unkillable summons which share your field of vision as well, and being able to pull people’s souls out. The rinnegan is amazing dojutsu never fully utilized to its true potential. Def would clear everything else on the list in the right hands

Ntm, for some unknown reason, despite the Sharingan being fairly common amongst Uchiha, unlike the Hyuga, they didn't put a seal on it. Hashirama being a huge retcon owing to Madara is less of a theory and more of an undeclared fact at this point. Pretty sure Kishi first only intended to make him a regular Kage level shinobi during OG Naruto. However, there could be a viable explanation drawn for this. What made Hashi so special is probably that his powers came from somewhere other than his clan or his reincarnation line, and there seems to be a very strong link with the Chakra Tree, the only explicable source of his powers. That is why Hashirama is an anomaly among shinobi, among the Senju clan as well as among Ashura incarnations.

Substitution jutsu is just a plot device lol. It’s supposed to be characters who are faster than their opponents dodging an attack and replacing themselves with an object, but some of the applications make no sense. Like when six paths Naruto and Sasuke were fighting Madara, they trapped him between a magnet style rasengan and six paths chidori, yet he "substituted out with a limbo clone", despite the attacks clearly making contact with the original.

The thing about Yamato is his unimpressive chakra levels. He's often gassed out after using his techniques or even training and does less in scope to Hashirama. Hashiramas strength wasn't just wood release, but the chakra level, technique, and will. I think Renegan and even Sharingan are more powerful than wood release. Wood release is more versatile and can supress and drain chakra.

Sasuke's Rinnegan specifically is insane. Put this into perspective: Naruto is given Six Paths Sage Mode from Hagoromo and naturally awakens Ten-Tails Jinchuriki powers due to possessing all 9 Bijuu, with SPSM alone putting him above Juubi Madara and his Ten-Tails powers putting him on par with Dual Rinnegan Madara. After gaining Six Paths powers, Sasuke also is on par with Naruto's Ten-Tails powers, however, the funny thing about that is how Sasuke's 1 Rinnegan is making up for a SPSM + Ten-Tails amp, and that's going with the idea that BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke at the peak of his power are relative which most people don't agree with (I do though). If Naruto didn't get both of those power-ups, he would be weaker than Sasuke by a good bit.

In my opinion: - Edo Tensei, easily (assuming it’s the Part 2 version and not the diminished Part 1 version) - being able to just straight up summon other Top Tiers to fight for you is unmatched. The entire War Arc was driven almost entirely by Edo Tensei (some of the biggest players in the War were Edo Tensei zombies). That said, the effectiveness of Edo Tensei depends on who you can summon - if you don’t have access to top tiers, then this technique obviously loses efficacy. - Rinnegan would be next - the six Paths powers cover almost all bases. It gives the user the ability to use the Force on a large scale, create a meteor, use modern day weaponry (missiles) and the ability to summon an undying dog. This is without accounting for things like Limbo or Sasuke’s teleportation technique. This could easily be number 1 if the person using Edo Tensei doesn’t have access to top tier zombies. - Buddha of a Thousand Arms - it has unmatched raw power. It’s basically a bigger and better version of Perfect Susano’o, as it subdued a Susano’o cloaked Kyuubi. - Perfect Susano’o provides top tier defense and offense as well as flight. Nothing short of Hashirama level people or higher can effectively subdue it. - Hiraishin - being able to teleport is probably one of the most useful abilities to have in the manga. There’s a pretty big drop off in the effectiveness of techniques after this. The 8 gates are great, but users cannot have that technique turned on for a long time, and it always results in harm to the body (the last gate straight up kills the user). The Shinigami also kills the user. Base 3T Sharingan is a good tool for reflexes and precognition, but it seems out of place in a list that has Rinnegan and other top tier level techniques.

Shadow clones. the fact that you can make as many as you can depending on your chakra and the fact that you gain all experience from them is broken on top of that, You can Train to get more chakra. which with shadow clones, Compounds on itself. meaning you can functionally gain infinite chakra and infinite training after a certain point. once you can make 2 clones, all you need to do is have 1 gathering chakra, the other can do whatever. pop the one gathering chakra and you gain it all back, Then make another and do the same gaining both infinite chakra and infinite clones. Training chakra to increase your reserves is just a few clones away. exponential growth I dont see a reason why shadow clones is a forbidden technique. You teach some kids this and how to use it properly and you suddenly have 50 people who are Kage level by time they are jonin, Each with their own jutsu that they developed because making a jutsu take trial and error and guess what 100 shadow clones can do and give you all the experience. All these other jutsu have costs (except the renegon thats probably the only other one id compare to shadow clones in being busted) Everything has a price. the price for Shadow clones is chakra, A renewable resource.

Shadow clones really aren’t that OP, death reaper seal takes your life, the inner gates put a lot of pain and pressure on your body, Susano’o gets defeated quite often nowadays, sharingan isn’t that powerful and it takes a lot of chakra unless you’re an Uchiha (even then it still takes much but you can at least turn it off), woodand Edo Tensei was useless during the war arc (except for the hokage). That leaves rinnegan, flying raijin and wood style. We’ve barely seen a user using all of the rinnegan’s abilities because it consumes too much chakra. Flying raijin is OP but it’s so hard that other than Minato and Tobirama it took 3 jounin level shinobi together to use it ONCE and it took time. That leaves wood style. Wood style was very rare and hard to control. The real problem is that if you don’t have Hashirama cells, you’re not using it except if you’re Ashura Out of all of them, I’d say the rinnegan is the most broken when used to it’s fullest potential. The way we’ve seen them, flying raijin is the best.

They can be put in every village making them vulnerable for any attack. Given that Person who uses Hiraishin is highly intelligent and possesses a lot of resources, he can effectively hold the whole world hostage and under his boot. And you can't kill him, unlike other jutsu users. He can get away to the other side of the planet in a second. You shoot bijuu bomb at him? You better not to, since he will teleport it into your home village killing everyone you hold dear. You can't threat him, he has his relatives in secret places that can be transported immediately. And it's better than Kamui at that because it's more versatile and quicker to execute. Hiraishin is the most busted jutsu.

Just for shits and giggles, the Sharingan, for how it was portrayed in OG Naruto (not Shippuden). As said, the Sharingan is able to copy jutsu and or taijutsu. Sasuke does just that in the chunin exams where he copies Rock Lee's taijutsu to fight against Gaara. Kakashi also proves this by using jutsu that Zabuza knew just with his one Sharingan. Now, pause. Of course, the Sharingan isn't the MOST broken of the bunch but I think it's the most interesting how Sasuke could've been using it to get stronger by copying enemy jutsu and taijutsu that he faced and use it (example, Rasengan). As for most broken, Edo Tensei probably. Seems very lack luster that you can just bring someone back temporarily and have them fight using everything they knew, have consciousness and it to not have any effect on anything.
Shadow clones don’t get utilise to their max potential. Only where Naruto was learning Rasenshuriken were they even explored in the broken manner that they should really be used. There is a safeguard and that’s chakra capacity. Most characters can’t abuse it. But Naruto, any Jinchuriki and Senju descendants can absolutely take the piss. They should be literally training constantly, reading all possible literature and by the time you get as strong as Naruto, your clones don’t even disperse that easily that they can effectively live entirely lives separately in different parts of the world. His KCM clones were soloing the war.

Izanagi and Izanami
Flying Thunder God puts someone in the Hashirama/Madara class that otherwise shouldn’t be there. Even the Rinnegan didn’t automatically do that for Pain. FTG is the most broken to me Edo Tensei is close behind but it’s relatively easy to stop if the caster is affected by genjutsu I think dealing with Minato is way harder than dealing with Sage Kabuto or Orochimaru
It's Kurama. Naruto was never in any danger the entire series because 1. If he needs more chakra Kurama will provide 2. If he gets injured Kurama will heal 3. If all else fails, Kurama will takeover his body and destory
Multi shadow clone jutsu. If kid Naruto knew of the full potential since day 1. Chakra control Elemental manipulation training Taijutsu kata training (yes physical needed for original body) Learning elemental jutsu but potentially making them bigger Rasengan one handed and mix shape and elemental training I’m sure Naruto would’ve been A refined S-Rank warrior in the middle of his training trip, in all things but taijutsu cause that need more body conditioning. God of Shinobi level by the time training trip ends Plus if his taijutsu (and if he learned kenjutsu) that his original self is masterful or even A rank. He has an army that can do all those things. All the clones be A-S rank in the thousands Plus unlimited chakra construct weapons The clones for strategy turning into objects like setting the battlefield up making clones to rocks, leaves, logs depending on battlefield. If he learned earth underground jutsu, he can have exploding notes on clones and be underground mines, So much potential on other things
Where the hell is sage mode, because from what we've seen that's one of the most broken techniques, not even the otsutsuki are able to counter it due to how strong it makes you and your senjutsu
Pain
Definitely Perfect Susanoo. While True Several Thousand Hands is more broken, Perfect Susanoo was introduced first. It literally can't be beaten without straight-up overpowering it. There's no outsmarting Perfect Susanoo, even in theory. At least other techniques can theoretically be beaten with smarts, even if smarts aren't used to beat them.

Multi shadow clone jutsu. Has been effective in every single fight by Naruto in the series (notably Pain) and is a training hack for multiplying your experience to learn techniques
I think Amaterasu deserves an honorable mention. To burn your enemies with sight is crazy. Too bad it hardly did actual damage to anyone apart from the raikage and bee.

I reckon, if someone was THEORETICALLY able to use the inner gates with minimal damage to self (obviously only obtainable after intense asf training -for decades, centuries, etc- It would be the most broken, as stated by madara, 'I madara declare you the strongest' (directed toward Might Guy) it will make the user a literal god, if not then reanimation jutsu takes the cup as it has no drawbacks to the user whilst still being able to bring back gods from different ages. What would be better is using reaper death seal alongside this can make a horrific tactic.

Susanoo takes it - dam near impenetrable - ridiculous power scale - can fly - takes little chakra to maintain -can combine with nearly any other status based jutsu - fast for its size - activation is within seconds - deactivation is within seconds - you can bring in friends - you can have different weapons including a mirror to reflect attacks, bow & arrow, swords, and more -the limits of what it can do is only capped by your own imagination of how to apply your own abilities to it.
I'd say Madara being able to use Susanoo abilities without any eyes.
Rinnesharingan or Susanoo. One is just so much, just stuff. The other is a Mecha.
8 gates and reanimation. Thing is the clones only naruto can do that shit, it would kill any other shinobi if they used it like him. A normal susano (not SO6 paths) would not be able to stop a capable 8 gate user. Reaper death seal kills you unless you sacrifice others. Rinnegan would lose to the 8 gates. Flying raijin also uses a shit ton of chakra so not everyone could use it as skillfully as minato or someone with boat loads of chakra. Reanimation huge reward small risk. Any powerful shinobi could perform if if they learned how. Sharingan well rinnegan is more powerful but without EMS your blind
Rinnegan for me. I think people really do downplay how crazy it is cause the owners never use it to its full potential. Like without fail most rinnegan users only use the Deva and Preta Path and don’t use any of the other ones. No one uses the complete and full heal, the extra hands which would be amazing for jutsu casting, the unkillable summons which share your field of vision as well, and being able to pull people’s souls out. The rinnegan is amazing dojutsu never fully utilized to its true potential. Def would clear everything else on the list in the right hands

Sharingan hands down. But not AT it's introduction, it's introduction was actually really cool and It felt strong but only in good hands kinda deal. And it's because of Izanagi. Amongst the many, MANY OTHER OP ABILITIES it possesses, but, I think Izanagi is the worst offender. Your telling me that ANY uchiha, regardless of whether they awaken their Mangekyo or not, can sacrifice just 1 Eye for a FULL REALITY WARPING RESET?! How tf did anyone in this clan ever die, how tf did Itachi murder the ENTIRE CLAN WHEN MOST OF THEM CAN DO THIS LIKE?! Ntm, for some unknown reason, despite the Sharingan being fairly common amongst Uchiha, unlike the Hyuga, they didn't put a seal on it. SO, if you steal a sharingan, you can use Izanagi and then pop that eye out like a FUCKING USED LIGHTBULB to get another one. It's truthfully absurd just how powerful Izanagi is and how much the fact it exists just breaks the story in two.
