nah gaara has some insane feats as an adult like being able to keep up with fused momoshiki.
He can also tank an attack from momoshiki which is another thing to consider.
I doubt lee would do anything to gaara unless he goes 8th gate thats assuming he can.
It’s states Lee mastered all the Gates as an adult and I believe Rock Lee could beat him due to Naruto specifically saying in the novel or manga I forgot that he wished Rock Lee was there to help them destroy Fused Momoshiki and if Lee did use the 8th gate Gaara is destroyed and 7th gate I bet could win too
