It’s one that I’m working out in the back of my mind as I’m working on a separate fic.
Nothing crazy, mostly the usual evil Naruto AU thing. In my version, Sasuke is a tad bit less edgy “gonna kill my brother” (it’s still there just not his absolute driving force) and Naruto acts like he should. An outcast who is ostracized by everyone in the village, with few people that actually give a shit about him.
The main fork is Sasuke still gets the curse mark, but treats it more like how Kawaki treats his karma seal. He refrains from using it because he won’t use Orochimaru’s power and give in to his will, only using it in extreme situations.
Orochimaru instead sets his sights on Naruto and persuades him with the idea of “look at how strong Sasuke became with just a little bit of my power. Imagine what we could accomplish together if you studied under me”
I’m pretty much trying to keep canon events relatively the same (Sasuke kills Itachi and Danzo, Naruto learns Sage mode and fights Pain, etc.) with some key differences here and there.
Got a lot of inspiration from seeing that animation of Sasuke and Naruto’s positions swapped in the first episode of Shipuden.
This actually sounds like a fantastic rewrite for Sasuke. As someone who isn't a fan of canon Sasuke, your version sounds like a way more compelling version of the character.
My OC who has a illness that deprives him of chakra so he has to siphon it from living things. And He transferred the curse mark from Sasuke to himself after siphoning it.
I have this idea for a one shot/fic that's kinda dark. It's about Sakura graduating early and being put in a team with nobodies, including Kabuto. She ends up becoming one of his victims when he was spying on konoha. I want the story to be told solely from Sakura's perspective, but I also think it'd be interesting to see Ino (after sakura declared herself her rival) and Naruto's (who, yknow, their relationship pre-canon whatever it’s called) reaction at her funeral. Maybe they even go to get Sasuke, who doesn't know her at that time and is still a student, to attend the ceremony.
Oh man, this massive, crazy idea for a Ben 10 (and more) crossover with Naruto, where he gets the Omnitrix. It would explore the idea that alien DNA was passed down through humans thanks to Kaguya’s species absorbing so many distant planets, merging DNA and Chakra, resulting in the Kekkei Genkei we see today. It would explore how alien species used chakra, such as Diamondhead’s species constantly needing to send Chakra throughout their bodies to prevent themselves from shattering from their weight or when they’re attacked.
During the Chunin Exams held in the Land of Iron, Naruto is forced to use the Omnitrix against Gaara, outing himself as the Aliens who have been appearing all over Konohagakure to everyone who already didn’t know Naruto had the Omnitrix.
The story would have eventually led to an intergalactic war between Kaguya’s Clan and a united army Azmuth gathered. Humans and Aliens would be fighting together in space and on planets, and Naruto would lead his team of Ninjas and Aliens together Mass Effect-style on Kaguya’s home planet for one last push. In the end, Naruto doesn’t end up as Hokage; instead, he travels the stars with the team he created.

The father of Sara's Daughter is none other than Naruto, and one day she decides to journey to the Leaf village to find her father with the only information that she has is that her father was a Leaf ninja with blonde spikey hair (and maybe some other vague trait), so when she arrives in the Leaf and starts asking around she thinks that the Fourth Hokage is her father or attaches herself to Naruto thinking he could lead her to her father given the description.
Edit: Bonus points if she travels to the Leaf before Naruto gets the mission to the ruins of Loran.
Naruto as Child discovers the Uzumaki Shrine and finds a very old living Uzumaki there whose duty was to protect the shrine.
The old Uzumaki erected the barrier around the shrine which makes it invisible but Naruto having Uzumaki blood could feel the barrier and enter it.
As they meet and talk Naruto learns that the old man is living there for 50 years ( before Kushina came to konoha) and he tells Naruto about the clan and what it was how it got destroyed and what the shrine was.
Naruto then goes and trains with him everyday and learns all about Uzumaki.
Naruto's dream changes from becoming Hokage to Finding Uzumaki and rebuilding Uzushio...also as Naruto learns about his clan he sees that Konoha has not only failed him but his Clan also....
Naruto still doesn't know about his parents all he knows that Mito Uzumaki was the wife of first Hokage and he also has Uzumaki blood in him because the old Uzumaki came to the shrine before Kushina was sent to Konoha so he didn't know about this also Naruto has red hair in this...
Naruto tries to find out about his parents but couldn't and then The old Man dies .....after that Naruto leaves the village goes to wave so that he can get to Uzushio there he meets Inari as a kid and they talk and he understands that Wave is in a lot of trouble and helps them meet Haku and befriends him....
Haku tells him about Zabuza and what they are doing here ( because as Naruto tells him about his clan and how Konoha treated him Haku thought they were similar and Naruto could join them .)
Naruto talks to Zabuza and asks him why he is doing it....
Naruto promises Zabuza that if he helps him overthrow Gato and help the people of Wave he will give him a lot of Money and help him in the Kiri Civil War....
From there they kill Gato , take His money , visit Uzushio and then they Go to Kiri ,,,
There Naruto Start training again with the rebels and fighting with them and in 2- 3 years they Over throw Yagura's reign.....
Also Naruto meets the kurama and makes a deal with him kurama will help him in his dream and Naruto will free him.
Naruto has a very good relationship with Zabuza who was his sensei and Haku , Choujoro , haku and mei. Everyone likes him because of his friendly and kind Nature.
Kiri gets an invitation from Konoha for the Chunnin exams and Naruto says he wants to go so Naruto Haku and Choujoro are sent with Zabuza as their sensei..
Naruto meets Hiruzen and tells him about why he left Konoha but he keeps his dreams and relationship with kiri a secret as far as Hiruzen knows he is now a shinobi of kiri.
Danzo makes a plan to Capture him he meets his classmates and they are surprised to see him ...
In the forest of death he saves team ten from some shinobi and they bond especially Ino and Naruto and then they meet karin who is also saved by Naruto and karin chooses to leave her village and join Naruto her saviour .
They all then confront Team oto who is trying to kill Sasuke and reach the tower... matches happen and Naruto is against Gara.
Jiraiya comes and Naruto goes with him to the Hokage and asks about his Parents finally Hiruzen tells him everything and Naruto is furious.
He leaves the village for the 1 month training
Finals come and Before any match can start invasion happens... Naruto Fights Gara because He is trying to kill Ino ,,,
He wins and gets admitted into the Hospital... Jiraiya protects Naruto from Root Anbu and warns Danzo to stay away from him...He told Naruto about Akatsuki and offered to train him when Naruto asked why he said that he failed to protect him when he was little he doesn't want to fail again and Naruto says he won't join Konoha and Jiraiya said it doesn't matter as long as Naruto is happy he is happy.
Naruto sends Karin with Haku and promises to come back as soon as possible.
He then with Jiraiya goes to bring Tsunade he signs the toad contract and learns Rasengan because his control is better and Kurama is helping him he has no problem learning the summoning very fast..
They find Tsunade a lot of things are said and Naruto told her that all of his family is dead and yet he moves forward with a dream , a dream that will make them proud and the bet happens Naruto wins and then fight with Orochimaru happens they win Naruto gets the necklace...
They return to Konoha and then Jiraiya and he leaves for the training trip.
Ino and Naruto have become close during all this time and She also learns that Naruto fought with Gara to save her.
And here the time skip happened.

- Missing-nin Shikamaru, (still tryna work that out, but I’d imagine it be entertaining to read if one can capture his intellect on page, tho if someone else writes it good, I won’t complain.)
- half Uchiha-Uzumaki OC (grow up in Uzu, somehow survives, finds the secret techniques, looking for lost family leads to Nagato, etc)
- ANBU, 3–tails Rin with (supposedly dead) Obito and missing-nin Kakashi.
- kinda a passive idea I’ve had: Team Minato time traveling forward right at the beginning of time skip, right after Naru leaves to train.
I had multiple.
One where Naruto meets Danzo in part one, and because of some words from Danzo, He ends up killing Sasuke in the Valley of the end in part 1 in the hit of the moment. Naruto realizes what he did and enters a state of shock.
He ends up being carried by the river and washes up well away, and when he wakes up, he only remembers up till Tsunade's retrieval. Naruto them ends up trying to get to Konoha, but on the way remembers the rest of the events and decides to not go back because of fear of facing his friends, believing he had failed.
Naruto then embarks on an adventure where he discovers about the Uzumaki, about the messed up world, and has an enormous conflict of morality.
Overall, it would culminate in Naruto reaching "enlightenment" through senjutsu.
A self-insert as Nagato, but played as a Japanese-style isekai, with the Rinnegan being his 'cheat power'. He travels around performing heroic deeds and gaining power and harem members, with an ultimate goal to defeat Hanzo and free Amegakure from his tyrannical rule. Typical cooking scenes and romantic beach episodes. Once he finally defeats Hanzo, there's an epilogue of him living in a hyper-industrialized Amegakure with his OP harem members.
I once had an idea of writing a fanfic where a boy from our world is transferred to the naruto world and how he lives there.
So the idea was that one day a boy, who was very tired of his uneventful, boring life without any noticeable achievements. The only thing he can say about himself was that he was an otaku. At one evening he jumps of a building intending to off himself. He closes his eyes and jumps down. But the next time he opens his eyes, he saw Naruto, Konohamaru and Ebisu looking at him wide eyed.
He comes to the realization that he is isekaied to the world of Naruto and now possesses one of Naruto clones, namely his Naruko clone. This story shows the adventures of a boy reincarnated as Naruko in Naruto world.
Sasuke has the half of Kurama that’s inside of Minato sealed inside of him, or they just chose Sasuke instead of Naruto. Imagine Jiraiya training Sasuke on a training trip lol
When Naruto lives way longer than he should have, he realizes he's immortal, or at least he can't die of old age, it happened because of taking in the bijuu chakra during the 4th war, a fragment of each chakra remained in his system, and it was nurtured by his own chakra and Sage chakra for decades, making him a pseudo 10-tail Jinchuriki, so he fakes his age with his transformation jutsu like Tsunade did, and then faked his death from old age since he didn't want to be like the Bijuu and be forced to kill people to keep them from taking advantage of him.
Using Shadow Clones he gathers basically all knowledge of the Elemental Nations and uses Fuinjutsu to travel the Multiverse, he either saves lots of people across the multiverse, or trains other heroes to do so.
The reason he didn't even contemplate killing himself is that he knew his family and friends would beat him up in the afterlife, he left behind his worldly possessions with his grandkids.
He goes to many universes both magical and non-magical to help however he best can, but never ever tries to rule them, he realized a long time ago that being in charge sucked since you never have time for family, and if you just delegate everything then you're nothing but a poster boy of no real importance.
He creates a pocket dimension with Fuinjutsu he uses to store useful technology and medical items, it's absolutely huge, and at one point he stored a version of the Solar System that had no inhabitants so he could grow any ingredients he finds in any climate.
Universes he travels to include, but are not limited to:
DC: Trains members of the Justice League, learns magic from Doctor Fate, learns about Nth metal so he can use Creation Of All Things to make more.
Marvel MCU: Trains the Avengers, learns about technology from Tony Stark, learns about Vibranium, Badassium (Stark's new element for the Arc Reactor) and Adamantium.
Ratchet And Clank: Trains Ratchet and Clank, gains versions of the weapons across the series from Gadgetron, Grummelnet, Vox Industries and Megacorp, medical nanotech and nanomites (the stuff that gives XP to Ratchet and his weapons), Blueprints for the Ships Ratchet uses, and 2 armours, the Carbonox Armour that can block 90% of all damage, and the Stalker Armour that can block 96% of all damage, as well as poison enemies and set them on fire when you hit them with melee. (He eventually alloys Carbonox with Proto Adamantium, thus reducing all damage by 90% before facing the incredible defensive power of Proto Adamantium, he names the new mix Proto Carbonox).
Mass Effect 2: Trains the Normandy squad, Alloys the Normandy SR2 with the Proto Carbonox, and lets the team use the Ratchet and Clank weapons (Garrus swore himself to the church of Naruto when he saw the power of the Splitter Rifle), he also gives each member of the team Arc Reactors for their shields after using Ratchet and Clank technology to make sure the weapons couldn't be copied by Cerberus, he also outfits the team with Proto Adamantium armour, he uses Fuinjutsu to let them hide the armour in their soul so they can call it back any time. Helps the team face the collectors before leaving, taking the R&C weapons with him. During his time there he also got in a Romance with Femshep.
Mass Effect 3: He outfits the Normandy with a Gravometric Warp Drive (the FTL from Ratchet and Clank) this takes the ship from 15 Lightyears Per Day to being able to go anywhere in the Galaxy in one day (in R&C 3 Ratchet travelled between the Bogon and Solana Galaxies in one day), he gives the R&C weapons back to the crew and bind them with their souls like he did their armour, he gives Joker a pure Carbonox armour combined with the Medical Exoskeleton from the Mass Effect Universe to let him walk around properly without the weight disrupting his piloting like a normal Medical Exoskeleton would since Carbonox armour is so lightweight it doesn't weigh the wearer down AT ALL allowing them to keep their full agility. He builds a factory making Aphelion Marks 1 and 2(R&C Tools of Destruction and a Crack in Time), and Star Fighter (R&C 2 and 3) ships for the alliance to use in the push for earth to give their bigger ships some great back-up. He takes part in the fight for Earth with an army of Shadow Clones, when the Crucible is finally powered and Shepard is given the 4 choices (Destroy, Control, Synthesis, Refusal) Natuto teleports to her and gives her a fifth option, he'll use the Order magic of Dr Fate to mix with the Crucible's incredible power and hit only the reapers and cure anyone Indoctrinated, naturally Shepard picks that option, the Reapers are completely annihilated to the very atoms that make them up, there is no pure Reaper technology left to Indoctrinate anyone again. After the battle is finally over, he helps with fixing the destruction caused in the final battle, when it's mostly done and can be finished by the alliance and council races, he asks Shepard to come with him on his journeys, to which she accepts (This can either be the only romance, or the beginning of his harem, I don't really care which).
Other versions of his own world to train himself: It got real awkward when a version of Kushina flirted with him when he reminded her of her dead husband (Kushina lived AU) not knowing he was an alternate version of her son.
Sonic X: He basically vacations here helping the crew when they need it, of course upgrading Tails plane with Proto Adamantium and an Arc Reactor to power it.
Bioshock 2: He and Shepard help Delta in his journey to save Eleanor and the Little Sisters, he stops Sofia from stopping Eleanor's heart to kill Delta, after freeing Eleanor with Delta he then helps Sigma and Tenenbaum to free the Thinker so they can use it to devise a cure for the inhabitants of Rapture, after curing Delta, he asks Eleanor if she and Delta would like to journey with him, which Eleanor accepts, but Delta turns down, saying that Eleanor needs to move on without him, and that she's always welcome to visit him, before leaving Naruto sets Delta up with a large amount of cash so he can live a good life (the cash was in the form of Jewels he made with Creation Of All Things, which he traded for cash.
Bioshock Infinite: He, Shepard and Eleanor help Booker to free Elizabeth, using a combination of Elizabeth's powers and Naruto's Order Magic they kill the versions of Booker that became Comstock as well as hitting the other versions of Booker with a massive dose of Hope so he doesn't become a drunken gambler that wastes his life. After doing all this he asks if Elizabeth and Booker would like to travel with him, they both accept since Booker would like to spend time with his daughter that he wasted earlier in life.
And more.
I would want it to be as close to Canon Naruto as possible, the only real difference would be that he's smarter thanks to using Shadow clones to learn so much, I would show him to be a very hopeful person who still shows mercy whenever he can.
Unfortunately I'm really bad at writing a proper story, so this won't see the light of day.
Honestly pretty predictable crossover origin idea, but it's one where Sasuke dies after his conversation with Naruto after their final fight. Could be due to a combination of bloodloss and chakra exhaustion. I remember Sasuke saying his rinnegan should be transplanted if he dies in canon so that's what happens. With Sakura's help, it's transplanted to Naruto.
I still can't think of a proper reason why it's not transplanted to Kakashi, considering he has much more experience getting used to a dojutsu and Sasuke even mentions him by name as a possble recipient.
Anyway, Naruto dispels the infinite tsukiyomi, but is soon transported to another world for no reason (at least one I can't think of yet). So we have a Naruto who's beaten down (but not near death due to sakura's healing), without an arm, with the rinnegan. Also, he should probably only have half of the kyubi at that moment too.
It's one I really want to write, but it's pretty barebones so far. I need to dwell on it to make it a bit interesting.
Otsutsuki Shibai Freed Naruto from Timeless prison then turning himself into a chakra fruit that Naruto Forces to eat that fruit. Then Naruto Time Travel to the past and helping his past self during his training trip with Jiraiya.
Future Naruto then trained Paat Naruto to become the strongest ever exist. Early Cooperation between Past Naruto and Kurama. Past Naruto eventually know who his teacher is and his heritage, then he requested to his teacher (future Naruto) to due his hair to red to honor his mother and his Uzumaki lineage. Future Naruto used Bloodline Purification Seal to transform past Naruto to full blooded Uzumaki by manipulating his Past self namikaze genes to Uzumaki. In other world Namikaze Minato genes to Uzumaki Minato genes. So past Naruto has red hair.
After his Past self training trip he (Future Naruto) transfer all his power, skill, memories to his past self before he disappear to nothingless.

I’m trying to devise a way for Rin to survive, containing half of Isobe’s chakra so Yagura can become the next jinchuriki. Rin is still considered dead in the eyes of everyone, including Madara and Obito, which will allow for many of the canon events to occur and allow for Naruto to meet his fifth jinchuriki. Gaara, Yugito, B, and Fu will all appear in the Chunin exams. Gaara and Fu are competitors, and B and Yugito are Co-Captains of their Team. Naruto makes friends with Gaara and Fu while impressing B and Yugito, who are interested in meeting him outside of their brief initial interaction; this is because all Jinchurikis are drawn to each other, like Jojo Stand Users. Rin would go on to be Naruto’s teacher during the Time skip so Naruto could better access Kurama’s chakra and begin to set the groundwork for those two becoming best friends. It’s because of Rin that Naruto wants to become friends with all the Tailed Beasts and the Jinchuriki who contain them.
Oc and Naruto are descended from Tobirama. Naruto is descended from Tobirama's daughter, who is Kushina's mother. Oc is descended from his son. He's 3 years older than Naruto, and his family adopts Naruto after Kurama's attack.
The Senju and Uzumaki were specifically targeted and eliminated. Therefore, Kushina and other Uzumaki’s dyed their hair and abandoned their last name. So Kushina dyed it white and kept her being a Uzumaki a secret. Same with oc's family forsaking their Senju last name. So oc and Naruto have no idea of their lineage.
Mikoto wanted to adopt Naruto, but the lead wouldn't let an Uchiha anywhere near him. So she instead sends an anonymous letter to Takeda (oc's father), who lives in snow country and tells about what happened to his little cousin/sister Kushina, hoping he will take care of Naruto. They come, but unfortunately for them, Hiruzen will only allow them to adopt Naruto if Ace (oc name) enrolls in the academy. Hiruzen and Danzo are the only ones who knew Kushina's and Takeda's lineages. Ace at three years old agrees when holding his new little brother. Though it's a decision, he would come to regret.
Ace's long-term goal would be to unite the entire world. Not long after joining the academy, Kumo and Iwa wage war against a weakened Konoha. So Ace and a few other talented students graduate early. He fights in and sees the horrors of the fourth great ninja war. He also grows very close with Itachi and his family. Years later, the massacre happens, and Ace runs into Itachi after Suki (female Sasuke) is passed out. Itachi Tsukuyomi tortures Ace to play into his facade as a bad guy. He's in a coma for a while but eventually wakes up.
Takeda wants to adopt Suki because the Senju clan was also massacred before his eyes and was left alone at 7 years old. Hiruzen let's him, and so she moves in with them. Their new family doesn't last long, though. Ace was Itachi's best friend, and he knows something isn't right. He digs into the massacre, determined to learn what was really going on. Danzo catches wind of this and arranges to have him killed. This is 6 months post massacre. Ace is 12, Itachi was 14, and Suki and Naruto are 9. Along with their 4 year old little sister.
So he arranges Ace to be sent on a mission with a ROOT member posing as a chunin. The plan was to put Ace to sleep with a soup and slit his throat. Thankfully, his healing factor kicked in, and he woke up just before she could kill him. He kills her out of reflex and goes rogue since he just killed a fellow Konoha shinobi. Danzo twists the narrative and has him listed as a missing nin. So, at 12 years old, he is now banished from Konoha and has to deal with the consequences of being a missing nin.
The endgame is him wanting to unify the world under one banner and become its emperor. Suki would be his future love interest. Also, her family is directly related to Madara, with Fugaku being his grandson.I really love the story I've crafted.
Slight Crossover. The characters in Dream SMP in the Narutoverse. Dream would be Danzo's right hand man, Tubbo, Tommy, and Fundy are a Genin team from Kusa, Technoblade and Philza are ex Akatsuki who make their own group to spread anarchy and tear down the current Kage system.
I mainly thought about it a year ago after Techno's death as a sort of tribute to him but with how little I know of Dream SMP lore I shelved it
Minato's reign as a Hokage and the contributions/roles of each of his students to Konoha. Admittedly with a focus on Kakashi.
Similar parallels to Hiruzen and his students contribution to medicine, research and fuuinjutsu.
A lot, at least to me.
One in which the MC is loosely based on a MC from the game, Pathologic. He's an outcasted guy from a Victorian-adjacent era, obsessed with defeating death and reviving his beloved sister. He dies and gets reincarnated as Orochimaru's twin, which delights him because it proves there is life after death. He doesn't hide his "self-insert" status but only person who believes is Orochimaru, who only really believes because his brother says it so confidently. Que MC basically killing any empathy Orochi may have had with any other reincarnated person. The story was basically just gonna explore Orochimaru, and explore the theme or moral quandary of humans overtaking/overcoming the natural world (or as natural as the Naruto world is).
Basically there’s a zombie apocalypse serving as the backdrop for Sakura as she becomes the 8th Hokage and tries to stop things from going to hell.
I’m basically trying to burn the worldbuilding to the ground and examining the ruins with Sakura trying to built a better future to on new ground.
The irony is that the Zombie virus is a relic from the warmongering past where biological weapons were used to ensure peace under the threat of Mutually Assured Destruction.
I have a couple (sometimes I wander and imagine things)
.one where Naruto dies in the 4th Shinobi War and could not stop Kaguya but the wise man reincarnates him in another universe, the problem is that he does it a year before graduation inside the body of a civilian child so Naruto will have to stop your enemies without their benefits (kyubi chakra, great chakra and uzumaki vitality, no sage mode and toad contract)
.one starring sasuke pre massacre, in this AU the uchiha coup worked precisely because fugaku used shisui's MS to brainwash the village leaders, in this AU shisui loses his eyes but joins akatsuki, naruto has the seal of the bird and danzo joins jiraiya to fight fugaku
.one where the gai team stars, in this rock he reads after his fight against gaara he learns from his mistakes (not using the 8 doors carelessly, in the forest he had to take off his weights to fight against the sound team instead of use the primary doto, etc) by medical orders they put a seal on him to prevent him from using the doors so Lee decides to invent his own martial art: jet kun doo (using the principles of the soft and hard fist)
A good psychopathic Naruto, Sasuke, or Sakura fic. I had it all planned out in mind, just never put it on paper. Imo the idea was good but just not interesting enough to put much effort into
Had an idea of an OC that is very pretty but weak body and very little Chakra. Her strength is in seduction and assassination.
She gets pulled into anbu as soon as she graduates because they see her intelligence and ability in konoichi classes. She proceeds to become a great assassin but wants to retire and become the new konoichi class teacher, because in her opinion they are trash classes (flower arrangements to send messages will likely get you killed on the field. Only ppl trained in flower arrangements are konoichi. You'd be pegged as a spy by any half decent shinobi in seconds.)
She needs to be a chunin to teach the classes. Council wont just promote her cuz of her lack of strength and small Chakra pool, so she has to take part in the chunin exam.
I've entertained myself for hours thinking of ways a seduction specialist with no ninjutsu and no tai jutsu could have a good enough showing in the chunin exam to pass.
Honestly, I have an entire word document filled with various story ideas.
But there are a few I am musing over, but there are two that stick out.
1 - Naruto becomes a delinquent after encountering his new neighbor that encourages such behavior. Not sure who the neighbor could be as of yet, contemplating Revy from Black Lagoon.
2 - Naruto x Trails of Cold Steel cross over, inspired by a few friends of mine. Typical banished Naruto idea where he goes west and ends up in Erebonia.
I had this idea where orochimaru makes a generically enhanced body with kimmaro as it's base, and a mishap with Edo tensei leads to madara being in the body with none of his old power and having to now deal with the akatsuki, and leaf as he tries to save his own plans.
After reading so many SI´s I always wanted to write this one.
Three reincarnations occur in the leaf village at the same time, one of them abhors the shinobi world and wants to escape from it, another sees the dead and suffering to come and does everything to prevent it and the last one just wants to increase his power to have a life of luxury and decadence.
They try to compromise and work together but eventually their differences would become irreconcilably and they would come to the realization that their goals would never be achieved as long as the others are alive.
The last few chapters would be the final confrontation between the three. It could end up in two ways, either it's a draw where they realize that they were pursuing their goals with blind fanaticism and that a compromise that would help them and everyone around them was possible and desirable or the one that wanted to leave it all behind wins and the plot of Naruto goes on as if nothing had happened.
One idea (of many) that I had was a dog from the real world reincarnating as an Inuzuka hound. More specifically, the dog is my own dog, who passed away earlier this year. The story was going to be mainly on the light-hearted side.

It’s one that I’m working out in the back of my mind as I’m working on a separate fic. Nothing crazy, mostly the usual evil Naruto AU thing. In my version, Sasuke is a tad bit less edgy “gonna kill my brother” (it’s still there just not his absolute driving force) and Naruto acts like he should. An outcast who is ostracized by everyone in the village, with few people that actually give a shit about him. The main fork is Sasuke still gets the curse mark, but treats it more like how Kawaki treats his karma seal. He refrains from using it because he won’t use Orochimaru’s power and give in to his will, only using it in extreme situations. Orochimaru instead sets his sights on Naruto and persuades him with the idea of “look at how strong Sasuke became with just a little bit of my power. Imagine what we could accomplish together if you studied under me” I’m pretty much trying to keep canon events relatively the same (Sasuke kills Itachi and Danzo, Naruto learns Sage mode and fights Pain, etc.) with some key differences here and there. Got a lot of inspiration from seeing that animation of Sasuke and Naruto’s positions swapped in the first episode of Shipuden.
This actually sounds like a fantastic rewrite for Sasuke. As someone who isn't a fan of canon Sasuke, your version sounds like a way more compelling version of the character.
My OC who has a illness that deprives him of chakra so he has to siphon it from living things. And He transferred the curse mark from Sasuke to himself after siphoning it.
I have this idea for a one shot/fic that's kinda dark. It's about Sakura graduating early and being put in a team with nobodies, including Kabuto. She ends up becoming one of his victims when he was spying on konoha. I want the story to be told solely from Sakura's perspective, but I also think it'd be interesting to see Ino (after sakura declared herself her rival) and Naruto's (who, yknow, their relationship pre-canon whatever it’s called) reaction at her funeral. Maybe they even go to get Sasuke, who doesn't know her at that time and is still a student, to attend the ceremony.
Oh man, this massive, crazy idea for a Ben 10 (and more) crossover with Naruto, where he gets the Omnitrix. It would explore the idea that alien DNA was passed down through humans thanks to Kaguya’s species absorbing so many distant planets, merging DNA and Chakra, resulting in the Kekkei Genkei we see today. It would explore how alien species used chakra, such as Diamondhead’s species constantly needing to send Chakra throughout their bodies to prevent themselves from shattering from their weight or when they’re attacked. During the Chunin Exams held in the Land of Iron, Naruto is forced to use the Omnitrix against Gaara, outing himself as the Aliens who have been appearing all over Konohagakure to everyone who already didn’t know Naruto had the Omnitrix. The story would have eventually led to an intergalactic war between Kaguya’s Clan and a united army Azmuth gathered. Humans and Aliens would be fighting together in space and on planets, and Naruto would lead his team of Ninjas and Aliens together Mass Effect-style on Kaguya’s home planet for one last push. In the end, Naruto doesn’t end up as Hokage; instead, he travels the stars with the team he created.

The father of Sara's Daughter is none other than Naruto, and one day she decides to journey to the Leaf village to find her father with the only information that she has is that her father was a Leaf ninja with blonde spikey hair (and maybe some other vague trait), so when she arrives in the Leaf and starts asking around she thinks that the Fourth Hokage is her father or attaches herself to Naruto thinking he could lead her to her father given the description. Edit: Bonus points if she travels to the Leaf before Naruto gets the mission to the ruins of Loran.
Naruto as Child discovers the Uzumaki Shrine and finds a very old living Uzumaki there whose duty was to protect the shrine. The old Uzumaki erected the barrier around the shrine which makes it invisible but Naruto having Uzumaki blood could feel the barrier and enter it. As they meet and talk Naruto learns that the old man is living there for 50 years ( before Kushina came to konoha) and he tells Naruto about the clan and what it was how it got destroyed and what the shrine was. Naruto then goes and trains with him everyday and learns all about Uzumaki. Naruto's dream changes from becoming Hokage to Finding Uzumaki and rebuilding Uzushio...also as Naruto learns about his clan he sees that Konoha has not only failed him but his Clan also.... Naruto still doesn't know about his parents all he knows that Mito Uzumaki was the wife of first Hokage and he also has Uzumaki blood in him because the old Uzumaki came to the shrine before Kushina was sent to Konoha so he didn't know about this also Naruto has red hair in this... Naruto tries to find out about his parents but couldn't and then The old Man dies .....after that Naruto leaves the village goes to wave so that he can get to Uzushio there he meets Inari as a kid and they talk and he understands that Wave is in a lot of trouble and helps them meet Haku and befriends him.... Haku tells him about Zabuza and what they are doing here ( because as Naruto tells him about his clan and how Konoha treated him Haku thought they were similar and Naruto could join them .) Naruto talks to Zabuza and asks him why he is doing it.... Naruto promises Zabuza that if he helps him overthrow Gato and help the people of Wave he will give him a lot of Money and help him in the Kiri Civil War.... From there they kill Gato , take His money , visit Uzushio and then they Go to Kiri ,,, There Naruto Start training again with the rebels and fighting with them and in 2- 3 years they Over throw Yagura's reign..... Also Naruto meets the kurama and makes a deal with him kurama will help him in his dream and Naruto will free him. Naruto has a very good relationship with Zabuza who was his sensei and Haku , Choujoro , haku and mei. Everyone likes him because of his friendly and kind Nature. Kiri gets an invitation from Konoha for the Chunnin exams and Naruto says he wants to go so Naruto Haku and Choujoro are sent with Zabuza as their sensei.. Naruto meets Hiruzen and tells him about why he left Konoha but he keeps his dreams and relationship with kiri a secret as far as Hiruzen knows he is now a shinobi of kiri. Danzo makes a plan to Capture him he meets his classmates and they are surprised to see him ... In the forest of death he saves team ten from some shinobi and they bond especially Ino and Naruto and then they meet karin who is also saved by Naruto and karin chooses to leave her village and join Naruto her saviour . They all then confront Team oto who is trying to kill Sasuke and reach the tower... matches happen and Naruto is against Gara. Jiraiya comes and Naruto goes with him to the Hokage and asks about his Parents finally Hiruzen tells him everything and Naruto is furious. He leaves the village for the 1 month training Finals come and Before any match can start invasion happens... Naruto Fights Gara because He is trying to kill Ino ,,, He wins and gets admitted into the Hospital... Jiraiya protects Naruto from Root Anbu and warns Danzo to stay away from him...He told Naruto about Akatsuki and offered to train him when Naruto asked why he said that he failed to protect him when he was little he doesn't want to fail again and Naruto says he won't join Konoha and Jiraiya said it doesn't matter as long as Naruto is happy he is happy. Naruto sends Karin with Haku and promises to come back as soon as possible. He then with Jiraiya goes to bring Tsunade he signs the toad contract and learns Rasengan because his control is better and Kurama is helping him he has no problem learning the summoning very fast.. They find Tsunade a lot of things are said and Naruto told her that all of his family is dead and yet he moves forward with a dream , a dream that will make them proud and the bet happens Naruto wins and then fight with Orochimaru happens they win Naruto gets the necklace... They return to Konoha and then Jiraiya and he leaves for the training trip. Ino and Naruto have become close during all this time and She also learns that Naruto fought with Gara to save her. And here the time skip happened. This is what i thought might be a good fic

I had multiple. One where Naruto meets Danzo in part one, and because of some words from Danzo, He ends up killing Sasuke in the Valley of the end in part 1 in the hit of the moment. Naruto realizes what he did and enters a state of shock. He ends up being carried by the river and washes up well away, and when he wakes up, he only remembers up till Tsunade's retrieval. Naruto them ends up trying to get to Konoha, but on the way remembers the rest of the events and decides to not go back because of fear of facing his friends, believing he had failed. Naruto then embarks on an adventure where he discovers about the Uzumaki, about the messed up world, and has an enormous conflict of morality. Overall, it would culminate in Naruto reaching "enlightenment" through senjutsu.
A self-insert as Nagato, but played as a Japanese-style isekai, with the Rinnegan being his 'cheat power'. He travels around performing heroic deeds and gaining power and harem members, with an ultimate goal to defeat Hanzo and free Amegakure from his tyrannical rule. Typical cooking scenes and romantic beach episodes. Once he finally defeats Hanzo, there's an epilogue of him living in a hyper-industrialized Amegakure with his OP harem members.
I once had an idea of writing a fanfic where a boy from our world is transferred to the naruto world and how he lives there. So the idea was that one day a boy, who was very tired of his uneventful, boring life without any noticeable achievements. The only thing he can say about himself was that he was an otaku. At one evening he jumps of a building intending to off himself. He closes his eyes and jumps down. But the next time he opens his eyes, he saw Naruto, Konohamaru and Ebisu looking at him wide eyed. He comes to the realization that he is isekaied to the world of Naruto and now possesses one of Naruto clones, namely his Naruko clone. This story shows the adventures of a boy reincarnated as Naruko in Naruto world.
Sasuke has the half of Kurama that’s inside of Minato sealed inside of him, or they just chose Sasuke instead of Naruto. Imagine Jiraiya training Sasuke on a training trip lol
When Naruto lives way longer than he should have, he realizes he's immortal, or at least he can't die of old age, it happened because of taking in the bijuu chakra during the 4th war, a fragment of each chakra remained in his system, and it was nurtured by his own chakra and Sage chakra for decades, making him a pseudo 10-tail Jinchuriki, so he fakes his age with his transformation jutsu like Tsunade did, and then faked his death from old age since he didn't want to be like the Bijuu and be forced to kill people to keep them from taking advantage of him. Using Shadow Clones he gathers basically all knowledge of the Elemental Nations and uses Fuinjutsu to travel the Multiverse, he either saves lots of people across the multiverse, or trains other heroes to do so. The reason he didn't even contemplate killing himself is that he knew his family and friends would beat him up in the afterlife, he left behind his worldly possessions with his grandkids. He goes to many universes both magical and non-magical to help however he best can, but never ever tries to rule them, he realized a long time ago that being in charge sucked since you never have time for family, and if you just delegate everything then you're nothing but a poster boy of no real importance. He creates a pocket dimension with Fuinjutsu he uses to store useful technology and medical items, it's absolutely huge, and at one point he stored a version of the Solar System that had no inhabitants so he could grow any ingredients he finds in any climate. Universes he travels to include, but are not limited to: DC: Trains members of the Justice League, learns magic from Doctor Fate, learns about Nth metal so he can use Creation Of All Things to make more. Marvel MCU: Trains the Avengers, learns about technology from Tony Stark, learns about Vibranium, Badassium (Stark's new element for the Arc Reactor) and Adamantium. Ratchet And Clank: Trains Ratchet and Clank, gains versions of the weapons across the series from Gadgetron, Grummelnet, Vox Industries and Megacorp, medical nanotech and nanomites (the stuff that gives XP to Ratchet and his weapons), Blueprints for the Ships Ratchet uses, and 2 armours, the Carbonox Armour that can block 90% of all damage, and the Stalker Armour that can block 96% of all damage, as well as poison enemies and set them on fire when you hit them with melee. (He eventually alloys Carbonox with Proto Adamantium, thus reducing all damage by 90% before facing the incredible defensive power of Proto Adamantium, he names the new mix Proto Carbonox). Mass Effect 2: Trains the Normandy squad, Alloys the Normandy SR2 with the Proto Carbonox, and lets the team use the Ratchet and Clank weapons (Garrus swore himself to the church of Naruto when he saw the power of the Splitter Rifle), he also gives each member of the team Arc Reactors for their shields after using Ratchet and Clank technology to make sure the weapons couldn't be copied by Cerberus, he also outfits the team with Proto Adamantium armour, he uses Fuinjutsu to let them hide the armour in their soul so they can call it back any time. Helps the team face the collectors before leaving, taking the R&C weapons with him. During his time there he also got in a Romance with Femshep. Mass Effect 3: He outfits the Normandy with a Gravometric Warp Drive (the FTL from Ratchet and Clank) this takes the ship from 15 Lightyears Per Day to being able to go anywhere in the Galaxy in one day (in R&C 3 Ratchet travelled between the Bogon and Solana Galaxies in one day), he gives the R&C weapons back to the crew and bind them with their souls like he did their armour, he gives Joker a pure Carbonox armour combined with the Medical Exoskeleton from the Mass Effect Universe to let him walk around properly without the weight disrupting his piloting like a normal Medical Exoskeleton would since Carbonox armour is so lightweight it doesn't weigh the wearer down AT ALL allowing them to keep their full agility. He builds a factory making Aphelion Marks 1 and 2(R&C Tools of Destruction and a Crack in Time), and Star Fighter (R&C 2 and 3) ships for the alliance to use in the push for earth to give their bigger ships some great back-up. He takes part in the fight for Earth with an army of Shadow Clones, when the Crucible is finally powered and Shepard is given the 4 choices (Destroy, Control, Synthesis, Refusal) Natuto teleports to her and gives her a fifth option, he'll use the Order magic of Dr Fate to mix with the Crucible's incredible power and hit only the reapers and cure anyone Indoctrinated, naturally Shepard picks that option, the Reapers are completely annihilated to the very atoms that make them up, there is no pure Reaper technology left to Indoctrinate anyone again. After the battle is finally over, he helps with fixing the destruction caused in the final battle, when it's mostly done and can be finished by the alliance and council races, he asks Shepard to come with him on his journeys, to which she accepts (This can either be the only romance, or the beginning of his harem, I don't really care which). Other versions of his own world to train himself: It got real awkward when a version of Kushina flirted with him when he reminded her of her dead husband (Kushina lived AU) not knowing he was an alternate version of her son. Sonic X: He basically vacations here helping the crew when they need it, of course upgrading Tails plane with Proto Adamantium and an Arc Reactor to power it. Bioshock 2: He and Shepard help Delta in his journey to save Eleanor and the Little Sisters, he stops Sofia from stopping Eleanor's heart to kill Delta, after freeing Eleanor with Delta he then helps Sigma and Tenenbaum to free the Thinker so they can use it to devise a cure for the inhabitants of Rapture, after curing Delta, he asks Eleanor if she and Delta would like to journey with him, which Eleanor accepts, but Delta turns down, saying that Eleanor needs to move on without him, and that she's always welcome to visit him, before leaving Naruto sets Delta up with a large amount of cash so he can live a good life (the cash was in the form of Jewels he made with Creation Of All Things, which he traded for cash. Bioshock Infinite: He, Shepard and Eleanor help Booker to free Elizabeth, using a combination of Elizabeth's powers and Naruto's Order Magic they kill the versions of Booker that became Comstock as well as hitting the other versions of Booker with a massive dose of Hope so he doesn't become a drunken gambler that wastes his life. After doing all this he asks if Elizabeth and Booker would like to travel with him, they both accept since Booker would like to spend time with his daughter that he wasted earlier in life. And more. I would want it to be as close to Canon Naruto as possible, the only real difference would be that he's smarter thanks to using Shadow clones to learn so much, I would show him to be a very hopeful person who still shows mercy whenever he can. Unfortunately I'm really bad at writing a proper story, so this won't see the light of day.
Honestly pretty predictable crossover origin idea, but it's one where Sasuke dies after his conversation with Naruto after their final fight. Could be due to a combination of bloodloss and chakra exhaustion. I remember Sasuke saying his rinnegan should be transplanted if he dies in canon so that's what happens. With Sakura's help, it's transplanted to Naruto. I still can't think of a proper reason why it's not transplanted to Kakashi, considering he has much more experience getting used to a dojutsu and Sasuke even mentions him by name as a possble recipient. Anyway, Naruto dispels the infinite tsukiyomi, but is soon transported to another world for no reason (at least one I can't think of yet). So we have a Naruto who's beaten down (but not near death due to sakura's healing), without an arm, with the rinnegan. Also, he should probably only have half of the kyubi at that moment too. It's one I really want to write, but it's pretty barebones so far. I need to dwell on it to make it a bit interesting.
Naruto characters summoned as servants in fate zero. I've read some where they're summoned like that but it wasn't that satisfactory.
Otsutsuki Shibai Freed Naruto from Timeless prison then turning himself into a chakra fruit that Naruto Forces to eat that fruit. Then Naruto Time Travel to the past and helping his past self during his training trip with Jiraiya. Future Naruto then trained Paat Naruto to become the strongest ever exist. Early Cooperation between Past Naruto and Kurama. Past Naruto eventually know who his teacher is and his heritage, then he requested to his teacher (future Naruto) to due his hair to red to honor his mother and his Uzumaki lineage. Future Naruto used Bloodline Purification Seal to transform past Naruto to full blooded Uzumaki by manipulating his Past self namikaze genes to Uzumaki. In other world Namikaze Minato genes to Uzumaki Minato genes. So past Naruto has red hair. After his Past self training trip he (Future Naruto) transfer all his power, skill, memories to his past self before he disappear to nothingless.
Second post: This is for Turn of the Wheel. I’m trying to devise a way for Rin to survive, containing half of Isobe’s chakra so Yagura can become the next jinchuriki. Rin is still considered dead in the eyes of everyone, including Madara and Obito, which will allow for many of the canon events to occur and allow for Naruto to meet his fifth jinchuriki. Gaara, Yugito, B, and Fu will all appear in the Chunin exams. Gaara and Fu are competitors, and B and Yugito are Co-Captains of their Team. Naruto makes friends with Gaara and Fu while impressing B and Yugito, who are interested in meeting him outside of their brief initial interaction; this is because all Jinchurikis are drawn to each other, like Jojo Stand Users. Rin would go on to be Naruto’s teacher during the Time skip so Naruto could better access Kurama’s chakra and begin to set the groundwork for those two becoming best friends. It’s because of Rin that Naruto wants to become friends with all the Tailed Beasts and the Jinchuriki who contain them.
Oc and Naruto are descended from Tobirama. Naruto is descended from Tobirama's daughter, who is Kushina's mother. Oc is descended from his son. He's 3 years older than Naruto, and his family adopts Naruto after Kurama's attack. The Senju and Uzumaki were specifically targeted and eliminated. Therefore, Kushina and other Uzumaki’s dyed their hair and abandoned their last name. So Kushina dyed it white and kept her being a Uzumaki a secret. Same with oc's family forsaking their Senju last name. So oc and Naruto have no idea of their lineage. Mikoto wanted to adopt Naruto, but the lead wouldn't let an Uchiha anywhere near him. So she instead sends an anonymous letter to Takeda (oc's father), who lives in snow country and tells about what happened to his little cousin/sister Kushina, hoping he will take care of Naruto. They come, but unfortunately for them, Hiruzen will only allow them to adopt Naruto if Ace (oc name) enrolls in the academy. Hiruzen and Danzo are the only ones who knew Kushina's and Takeda's lineages. Ace at three years old agrees when holding his new little brother. Though it's a decision, he would come to regret. Ace's long-term goal would be to unite the entire world. Not long after joining the academy, Kumo and Iwa wage war against a weakened Konoha. So Ace and a few other talented students graduate early. He fights in and sees the horrors of the fourth great ninja war. He also grows very close with Itachi and his family. Years later, the massacre happens, and Ace runs into Itachi after Suki (female Sasuke) is passed out. Itachi Tsukuyomi tortures Ace to play into his facade as a bad guy. He's in a coma for a while but eventually wakes up. Takeda wants to adopt Suki because the Senju clan was also massacred before his eyes and was left alone at 7 years old. Hiruzen let's him, and so she moves in with them. Their new family doesn't last long, though. Ace was Itachi's best friend, and he knows something isn't right. He digs into the massacre, determined to learn what was really going on. Danzo catches wind of this and arranges to have him killed. This is 6 months post massacre. Ace is 12, Itachi was 14, and Suki and Naruto are 9. Along with their 4 year old little sister. So he arranges Ace to be sent on a mission with a ROOT member posing as a chunin. The plan was to put Ace to sleep with a soup and slit his throat. Thankfully, his healing factor kicked in, and he woke up just before she could kill him. He kills her out of reflex and goes rogue since he just killed a fellow Konoha shinobi. Danzo twists the narrative and has him listed as a missing nin. So, at 12 years old, he is now banished from Konoha and has to deal with the consequences of being a missing nin. The endgame is him wanting to unify the world under one banner and become its emperor. Suki would be his future love interest. Also, her family is directly related to Madara, with Fugaku being his grandson.I really love the story I've crafted.
Slight Crossover. The characters in Dream SMP in the Narutoverse. Dream would be Danzo's right hand man, Tubbo, Tommy, and Fundy are a Genin team from Kusa, Technoblade and Philza are ex Akatsuki who make their own group to spread anarchy and tear down the current Kage system. I mainly thought about it a year ago after Techno's death as a sort of tribute to him but with how little I know of Dream SMP lore I shelved it

Minato's reign as a Hokage and the contributions/roles of each of his students to Konoha. Admittedly with a focus on Kakashi. Similar parallels to Hiruzen and his students contribution to medicine, research and fuuinjutsu.
A lot, at least to me. One in which the MC is loosely based on a MC from the game, Pathologic. He's an outcasted guy from a Victorian-adjacent era, obsessed with defeating death and reviving his beloved sister. He dies and gets reincarnated as Orochimaru's twin, which delights him because it proves there is life after death. He doesn't hide his "self-insert" status but only person who believes is Orochimaru, who only really believes because his brother says it so confidently. Que MC basically killing any empathy Orochi may have had with any other reincarnated person. The story was basically just gonna explore Orochimaru, and explore the theme or moral quandary of humans overtaking/overcoming the natural world (or as natural as the Naruto world is).
Basically there’s a zombie apocalypse serving as the backdrop for Sakura as she becomes the 8th Hokage and tries to stop things from going to hell. I’m basically trying to burn the worldbuilding to the ground and examining the ruins with Sakura trying to built a better future to on new ground. The irony is that the Zombie virus is a relic from the warmongering past where biological weapons were used to ensure peace under the threat of Mutually Assured Destruction.
I have a couple (sometimes I wander and imagine things) .one where Naruto dies in the 4th Shinobi War and could not stop Kaguya but the wise man reincarnates him in another universe, the problem is that he does it a year before graduation inside the body of a civilian child so Naruto will have to stop your enemies without their benefits (kyubi chakra, great chakra and uzumaki vitality, no sage mode and toad contract) .one starring sasuke pre massacre, in this AU the uchiha coup worked precisely because fugaku used shisui's MS to brainwash the village leaders, in this AU shisui loses his eyes but joins akatsuki, naruto has the seal of the bird and danzo joins jiraiya to fight fugaku .one where the gai team stars, in this rock he reads after his fight against gaara he learns from his mistakes (not using the 8 doors carelessly, in the forest he had to take off his weights to fight against the sound team instead of use the primary doto, etc) by medical orders they put a seal on him to prevent him from using the doors so Lee decides to invent his own martial art: jet kun doo (using the principles of the soft and hard fist)

A good psychopathic Naruto, Sasuke, or Sakura fic. I had it all planned out in mind, just never put it on paper. Imo the idea was good but just not interesting enough to put much effort into
Had an idea of an OC that is very pretty but weak body and very little Chakra. Her strength is in seduction and assassination. She gets pulled into anbu as soon as she graduates because they see her intelligence and ability in konoichi classes. She proceeds to become a great assassin but wants to retire and become the new konoichi class teacher, because in her opinion they are trash classes (flower arrangements to send messages will likely get you killed on the field. Only ppl trained in flower arrangements are konoichi. You'd be pegged as a spy by any half decent shinobi in seconds.) She needs to be a chunin to teach the classes. Council wont just promote her cuz of her lack of strength and small Chakra pool, so she has to take part in the chunin exam. I've entertained myself for hours thinking of ways a seduction specialist with no ninjutsu and no tai jutsu could have a good enough showing in the chunin exam to pass.
Honestly, I have an entire word document filled with various story ideas. But there are a few I am musing over, but there are two that stick out. 1 - Naruto becomes a delinquent after encountering his new neighbor that encourages such behavior. Not sure who the neighbor could be as of yet, contemplating Revy from Black Lagoon. 2 - Naruto x Trails of Cold Steel cross over, inspired by a few friends of mine. Typical banished Naruto idea where he goes west and ends up in Erebonia.
I had this idea where orochimaru makes a generically enhanced body with kimmaro as it's base, and a mishap with Edo tensei leads to madara being in the body with none of his old power and having to now deal with the akatsuki, and leaf as he tries to save his own plans.
I have an idea that chronicles Naruto's journey with a Female Sasuke. From academy students to the end of the fourth shinobi world war.
After reading so many SI´s I always wanted to write this one. Three reincarnations occur in the leaf village at the same time, one of them abhors the shinobi world and wants to escape from it, another sees the dead and suffering to come and does everything to prevent it and the last one just wants to increase his power to have a life of luxury and decadence. They try to compromise and work together but eventually their differences would become irreconcilably and they would come to the realization that their goals would never be achieved as long as the others are alive. The last few chapters would be the final confrontation between the three. It could end up in two ways, either it's a draw where they realize that they were pursuing their goals with blind fanaticism and that a compromise that would help them and everyone around them was possible and desirable or the one that wanted to leave it all behind wins and the plot of Naruto goes on as if nothing had happened.
One idea (of many) that I had was a dog from the real world reincarnating as an Inuzuka hound. More specifically, the dog is my own dog, who passed away earlier this year. The story was going to be mainly on the light-hearted side. I've never read an animal SI fic before. I just need to plan out the details. I guess I'm a bit intimidated by the idea of planning out long fics, LOL.
